Gazing out across the glittering Ionian Sea, this elegant two-bedroom villa offers breathtaking panoramas over the Bay of Assos and beyond, wrapped in a sense of quiet seclusion yet just moments from the heart of the village.

A perfect retreat for two couples, a small family, or a romantic escape for two. Its location makes it easy to dip in and out of village life, whether you’re wandering down for dinner at a waterside taverna or retreating to your private terrace for sunset drinks.

Interiors

Inside, Villa Thea combines warm neutral tones and natural materials with thoughtful design details, creating a space that feels both sophisticated and soothing. The entrance opens into a modern, fully equipped kitchen, which flows onto the private pool terrace overlooking the Ionian – ideal for breakfast with a view. A family shower room with WC sits conveniently beside the kitchen.

A few steps lead up to the open-plan dining and living area, framed by a high vaulted wooden ceiling and large windows that draw the sea and sky indoors. From here, wooden stairs rise to the romantic master double bedroom, set on an open gallery with polished wooden floors and views down into the lounge. This airy space gives the villa a light, uplifting atmosphere, perfect for slow summer mornings.

On the ground floor, a twin bedroom opens onto a small shaded terrace with steps leading up to the pool, a lovely private corner for a morning coffee or reading in the breeze.

Outdoor Living

The villa’s swimming pool terrace is its heart: furnished with wicker armchairs and a sofa invites long afternoons of reading, sunbathing or simply gazing out at the endless blue. At sunset, this is the place to be as the light softens over the sea.

At the front of the villa, a spacious dining terrace with a built-in barbecue sets the stage for al fresco suppers with views over Assos and towards Myrtos Beach. At the edge of the garden, steep steps lead down to the seafront and a small rock swimming platform – from here, confident swimmers can reach a hidden beach around 200 m away, usually only accessible by boat.

Please note that Villa Thea is located up a very steep hill, so a hire car is particularly useful at this villa, although not essential. This villa is not suitable for those with walking difficulties.
