Each of the six en-suite bedrooms features a sleek rainfall shower and ‘see-but-not-be-seen’ windows so you can soak up the views in complete privacy. The open-plan living area has been designed with entertaining in mind, offering a contemporary kitchen, stylish dining space for ten and a comfortable lounge for relaxed evenings.
Outside, the large pool curves beautifully along the terrace, providing the most wonderful place to relax. Sun loungers, shaded seating and reclining chairs provide plenty of space to unwind, while the barbecue area is perfect for leisurely alfresco meals with friends and family. From here, uninterrupted views stretch out across Kalkan Bay – one of the finest vantage points in town.

Ground Floor:
This villa benefits hugely from floor to ceiling windows so you always have those stunning sea views as well as plenty of natural light.
There is a large open plan living and dining area and a separate kitchen. The kitchen features an island and is fully equipped for self catering. The dining area seats 10 and opens onto the main living area with large corner sofa, fire place! satellite TV and DVD
There is also a cloak room on this floor.
1st Floor:
There 2 double king sized bedrooms with balcony and sea views, both with large en-suite shower rooms with rainfall showers. Both rooms have LCD TVs.
2nd Floor:
Three further bedrooms on this floor:
A king size double bedded room with small dressing room and balcony and en-suite shower room.
A twin bedded room with en-suite shower room.
A double bedded room with en-suite shower room.
The twin and double share a balcony.
3rd Floor:
The 3rd floor is home to the penthouse, this huge room has a Jacuzzi bathtub and large en-suite shower room and the best bit has to be the large terrace with comfy table and chairs, and sun loungers to relax and take in the breathtaking views.
Villa Lumineux is fully air-conditioned has a safe, and WiFi access throughout the villa.
Outside:
There is a kidney shaped infinity pool with seaviews across the bay. An attractive terrace with sunloungers and chairs as well as a dining area for alfresco dining.

Prices below are for the villa for up to 12 guests and include:

The above prices are for this villa based on an occupancy up to 12 guests and for 7 nights and include:

Flights – We offer holidays with and without flights. Please do get in touch if you would like us to source your flights, we can do all the hard work in sourcing and booking them. We charge a small administration fee of £25 per person for this service (maximum £75 for group bookings of four or more).
The benefit of us booking your flights means that you are completely covered for all the services and your booking will be booked as a package holiday under our ATOL licence which means you have complete peace of mind.
Payments: To book a villa only we require a deposit of 30% with the balance due at least 10 weeks prior to arrival. To book a package including flights we will require the villa deposit of 30% plus any payment we make on your behalf for the flying costs. By sending us the deposit you agree to our terms and conditions. Unlike other operators we do not take a security/damage deposit unless the owner specifically requires it. However, should there be any accidental damage please advise our staff in resort prior to your departure. We do have the right to charge for any damage incurred and this will be applied prior to your departure from the villa.

Arrival at Villa
A member of the team will meet you at the villa with the keys and show you around. All guests have to be registered on arrival, a member of our team will need to take these from you on arrival but will do this as quickly as possible.
Stay Connected – Complimentary eSIM
To make your stay even smoother, we’ve included a complimentary 3GB eSIM for the lead guest — so you can get connected from the moment you land. Whether you’d like to let loved ones know you’ve arrived safely, or access maps and recommendations on the go, this thoughtful addition is there to make your stay even more seamless. You’ll also have the option to top up if needed, with simple pay-as-you-go data plans available thereafter.
Arrival at Your Villa
A member of the villa management team will meet you at the property with the keys and show you around. All guests are required to be registered on arrival.
We also request this information ahead of arrival and recommend providing it prior to departure, so all formalities can be completed in advance for a smooth and seamless check-in.

Standard Cleaning
Your villa will be cleaned prior to arrival, with fresh linen and towels provided.
For stays of 14 nights, a mid-stay clean is usually included. For 7-night stays, cleaning is not included, though additional housekeeping can be arranged in advance on request — please contact us for a quotation.
Pool Towels
Pool towels are provided for your stay.
Pool Cleaning and Maintenance
The pool and gardens will be maintained during your stay. This is usually carried out in the early morning, so you may occasionally notice staff on the property at this time.
Shopping
Available as part of our pre-departure concierge service, we can arrange for your villa to be stocked with groceries and essentials ahead of your arrival.
Simply share your list with us prior to travel and everything will be prepared for you. Additional deliveries during your stay can also be arranged if required.
Meze Box on Arrival
