Inside, the ground floor features a thoughtfully designed open-plan kitchen and sitting room, complete with LED TV and DVD, creating a comfortable space for relaxing after a day in the sun. A sleek, glass-fronted door leads through to a modern shower room with WC. A wide staircase ascends to the attic-style double bedroom, fitted with a wardrobe and its own contemporary shower room.
From the bedroom terrace, the views are nothing short of spectacular – gazing across the glittering Ionian towards the Venetian fortress of Assos. It’s a magical spot to dine al fresco as the sun sinks over the sea, painting the sky in shades of gold and rose.
Outdoors, Eutixia feels beautifully connected to its natural surroundings. Steep steps lead down approximately 100 metres to the seafront, where a small rock platform offers direct access to the water. Confident swimmers can make the short 200 metre swim to a tucked-away beach that’s normally only accessible by boat – a rare privilege for guests of Braunis Horio.
