Flexible Living for Families and Friends

The ground floor features a second double bedroom that can be arranged as a twin or double and a contemporary shower room, providing flexibility for families or friends travelling together. The open-plan kitchen and sitting area is cleverly designed for easy holiday living, equipped with modern appliances and leading seamlessly out onto the terrace.

Outside, the infinity pool takes centre stage, giving the remarkable illusion of spilling directly into the Ionian. Loungers, shaded areas, and uninterrupted views make this terrace a space you’ll find hard to leave.

Steps to the Sea

A set of steep steps leads down roughly 100 metres to the rocky seafront, where a small private swimming platform offers direct access to the water. Confident swimmers can make the short 200-metre swim to a hidden beach, usually only accessible by boat – a magical corner of Assos reserved for the lucky few.

Please note that the balcony structures around the villas feature a horizontal design, and are therefore not suitable for young children. Families should take this into consideration before confirming a reservation.
