The living area has floor to ceiling glass doors running the width of the apartment, and these maximise the opportunity to dine, sunbathe, relax and enjoy the views from the fabulous private balcony beyond.
The duplex apartments Gabriella and Piera offer two spacious bedrooms on the first floor, both with sea view balconies, and on the ground floor, the open plan living area comprises of a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining area, and lounge area. Apartments Rosa, Noemi and Sara are all spread across one level with lounge, kitchen, and a shower room, whilst Viola is a popular choice as it has its very own access to the infinity pool.
The apartments and swimming pools enjoy plenty of sun in their position looking south out to the Mediterranean sea and are one of the first places in Kalkan to enjoy the early morning sun as it rises above the mountains beyond.
These apartments are the ideal place for families or couples to relax in beautiful surroundings enjoying some of Kalkan’s best views and all within walking distance to the heart of Kalkan.
(Please note that the apartments are located up a hill, therefore the walk on the way back from Kalkan takes approx. 10-15 minutes longer)
There is a good-sized communal swimming pool at Elvina apartments, and free wifi access at the apartments.

Welcome Hamper
A basic hamper will be provided on arrival to get you started which includes, fresh bread, cheese, tomatoes, butter, milk, eggs, water, a bottle of wine, some sachets of tea and coffee, some washing up liquid and dishwasher tabs.
Shopping
We have a comprehensive shopping list which we can arrange to be in your villa on arrival, and is payable locally. Please just get in touch and we will email the list over to you for you to select your items and return to us.
Children
Cots, highchairs and car seats for car hire and transfers can also be arranged, as well as baby bundles, please contact us for more information. Please note that we require you to pack your own linen for the cots.
Towels
Bath towels are provided for your stay, and also a Discerning Collection beach towel per guest to keep.
Car hire
If car hire is not included in the price of your holiday, and you would like to rent one for any part of your stay, we are happy to pre-book this for you.
Linen
Linen is changed once per week. If you require more linen during your stay, please let us know.
Yali Beach Club
For a relaxing day by the sea, whether you simply want to soak up the rays, try your hand at some water sports, or stop by for lunch, we highly recommend a day at the Yali Beach Club, where sunbeds are complimentary for Discerning Collection guests.
Check in and Check out
Check in time is 3pm and check out is 11am, if you are departing on a late flight, we can try and arrange for you to stay at the villa for longer, however, this is subject to availability and dependent on whether there are other guests arriving on your departure day.
