In true Discerning Collection style, we have hand-picked just a few uniquely inspired creations to form the range so we can provide our guests with real knowledge and current travel advice.
Our trips to inspire meet a unique criterion that promises guests something special, an enriching ingredient that really sets them apart in some way. It might be a once in a lifetime expedition to Antarctica where there is the opportunity to observe a range of penguin species alongside biologists who offer engaging insights. It could be a private villa residence with heavenly gardens, a dreamy waterfront and a discreet, attentive housekeeping service. Our trips to inspire are matched by occasion which we hope will provide further food for thought.
As ever we fully appreciate all of our guests are individuals and have their own unique prerequisites for each holiday they are planning. We are very excited to present our new Trips to Inspire, this intimate portfolio highlights some of our most iconic stays, some of which already sit in our portfolio and others are new. We are collaborating with some celebrated industry friends to bring you some impeccable, first-class holiday experiences with a difference.
We have received an increasing number of calls from guests who already travel regularly with us and who wish to utilise our highly regarded personable Discerning Collection Services when travelling to destinations outside of our portfolio. Due to this demand, we have decided to expand our portfolio of properties and new experiences a little further.
We wish to remain small and specialist so we have only selected a few uniquely inspired creations to form the range all of which fit a unique criterion, that promises guests something different an enriching ingredient that really sets them apart in some way. The location might be truly extraordinary, the service enhanced or the experience unique. As always with the Discerning Collection, our reputation is built on providing exemplary levels of service and this couldn’t be truer than with our new trips to inspire. Our guests will as ever have the full attention of our dedicated and knowledgeable team together with the assistance of our new partners, if applicable, who are also reputable and specialist in their fields. We have only collaborated with industry friends whose ethos marries with our own, and where we know our guests will have a first-class experience. Our new exciting products have been sampled and tested by us or our sister suppliers who we know and trust, so we can promise you a truly memorable experience.
We are very fortunate to have a loyal guest base of approximately 75%. Many of whom travel with us annually to our distinguished coastal properties in Greece and Turkey and remark frequently on our attentive approach to service. These same guests often call us for advice when it comes to looking to celebrate the momentous or tick off a bucket list trip and we are so grateful that they are trust us. To this end, we have decided it’s time we use our knowledge of this beautiful world to create trips outside of our portfolio that offer something extra. For those who don’t know, we make it our business to get to know our guests personally, where they like to sit on an aircraft, what wine they drink on a gulet charter, their dietary requirements, the restaurants they like to book and so on- this is what our guests like about us, we know them. Now we can use that same knowledge when booking you on one of our newly pioneered trips to inspire.
Our philosophy will always be to provide a friendly and professional service to a small number of guests and to deliver an experience that is not ordinarily available. We have close relationships with all of the suppliers we partner with and they always look forward to welcoming our special guests. Due to our excellent rapport, where possible we will always endeavour to go the extra mile to make our guests stay more enjoyable. Our Discerning Collection trips to inspire will operate in the same way as our normal Discerning Collection Holidays, we may place some arrangements through our industry friends so you can be sure the service will be the same as ever.
Each of the trips to inspire can be tailor made to meet you travel prerequisites and as ever we will always act with integrity, if something isn’t possible (which usually it is) we will tell you.
