With its elevated position overlooking Kalkan’s postcard-perfect harbour and the shimmering Bay of Kalkan, the Asfiya Sea View Hotel enjoys one of the most enviable outlooks in town, with panoramic views stretching across to Mouse and Snake Islands. Following a substantial full-hotel refurbishment and extensive redesign project carried out throughout the winter months, Asfiya Sea View Hotel has entered an exciting new era for Summer 2026. Under the management of Ahmet and his experienced team, who also oversee the highly regarded Likya Pavilion, Likya Gardens and Likya Gardens Beach Club, the hotel has undergone a remarkable transformation. From completely reimagined interiors and new colour palettes to elegant furnishings, redesigned communal spaces and extensive enhancements throughout the property, many areas of the hotel are now almost unrecognisable from previous seasons whilst retaining the relaxed atmosphere guests have always loved.
The hotel reopened during June 2026 and we are genuinely delighted to see this much-loved Kalkan hotel begin its next chapter. Please note that the photographs currently displayed on our website show the hotel prior to the refurbishment works taking place. Brand-new professional photography showcasing the transformed hotel will be added later this year once the project has been fully completed.
The 34 en-suite rooms each enjoy magnificent sea views. Fifteen feature private plunge pools, while four offer direct access to the main swimming pool. A selection of double and twin configurations makes the hotel ideal for couples, friends and small families, with interconnecting options providing additional flexibility.
At the heart of the hotel, the pool and terrace area offers a serene space to unwind, surrounded by terraces and gardens. Guests can stretch out on cushioned daybeds beneath colourful parasols, cool off in the pool, or enjoy long, leisurely lunches at the hotel’s restaurant, where Mediterranean flavours are served in an elegant yet laid-back setting.
Reopening alongside the hotel following its extensive refurbishment, the hotel restaurant. The daytime restaurant is now open and serving lunch daily. Evening dinner service is expected to commence during the first week of July 2026. Once launched, guests can look forward to atmospheric evenings centred around good food, sunset views and warm Mediterranean hospitality. Until then, Kalkan’s exceptional dining scene is quite literally on the hotel’s doorstep, with a wonderful choice of rooftop restaurants, harbour-front eateries and family-run establishments all within easy walking distance.
As evening falls, the terrace and bar remain a stylish spot for a pre-dinner drinks, watching the lights begin to twinkle across the harbour and surrounding hillsides.

Dinner
For Summer 2026, Asfiya Sea View Hotel is introducing evening dinner service within its newly refurbished restaurant setting. At present, dinner service has not yet commenced for the season as the hotel finalises the last elements of the dining experience, including menu development and operational preparations.
The hotel anticipates welcoming guests for evening dining from the beginning of July 2026. Once launched, guests can expect a relaxed and atmospheric setting for dinner, centred around warm Mediterranean hospitality, thoughtfully prepared cuisine and beautiful sunset views across Kalkan Bay.
Until then, guests are perfectly placed to enjoy Kalkan’s exceptional dining scene, with many of the resort’s most popular restaurants located within easy walking distance of the hotel.
