The Cayo Exclusive Resort and Spa is a seriously elegant design hotel. Even the selected materials for the project are those rich in the history of Greece, white marble, volaka marble and terracotta. Ambrosia

Ambrosia is the hotel’s primary buffet style restaurant. In Ancient Greek Mythology, the consumption of Ambrosia was a delicacy reserved for divine beings such as Greek Gods. According to Homer’s poems ambrosia and nectar were only suitable for the gods.

Sage & Thyme

Located in a stunning poolside setting the restaurant surveys the famous islet of Spinalonga- a UNESCO World Heritage nominee. The restaurant is open for lunch and a la carte snack- mezze style cuisine.

Kelari Gourmet

As the sun sets Kelari Gourmet is the perfect venue to round off another day at Cayro Resort. Enjoy stunning views across the sparkling sea and sample delicious and traditional Cretan Cuisine executed in a minimal modern style.

Stone Beach House

The Stone Beach House is the hotel’s beachfront taverna. The restaurant overlooks the picture-postcard village of Plaka and the island of Spinalonga. The Menu includes divine signature cocktails and delicious Cretan Light Bites.

The picturesque seaside village of Plaka is just 250m below the hotel. Once a quaint fishing village and only frequented by a very small number of independent travellers.
