Arrival at Villa
A member of the villa management team will greet you at the villa with the keys and show you around. All guests have to be registered on arrival, a member of our team will need to take these from you on arrival but will do this as quickly as possible.
Welcome Hamper
A simple welcome hamper is provided with our compliments and will be in the villa on your arrival. We hope this service provides you with a few essentials. We also provide a home delivery shopping service, see below. should you wish to have the fridge stocked on arrival. The items in the arrival hamper do occasionally vary but we have included a sample hamper contents below to give you an idea; fresh bread, cheese, olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, lettuce, butter, milk, eggs, olive oil, biscuits, crisps water, wine, beers, soft drinks small packet of tea, coffee, some washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served daily by the villa’s private waterfront where there is an additional kitchen and it is a traditional Turkish kahavalti experience The menu consists of olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheeses, honey, butter, jams, Nutella, seasonal fruits. A choice of egg dish, fried, scrambled, poached, omelette and pancakes to order. Breakfast is normally between 9-10.30am if you would like to have it at a different time please liaise with Onder locally. Additionally, should you wish to have something different to the above please kindly enquire with us prior to travel a supplement may be due.
Water
There is a water dispenser in the villa and there will be a full 20l damacana in there when you arrive. It is easy and affordable to get replacements, simply speak to Onder and he can arrange this if you just tell him at breakfast. A bill will then be presented to you at the end of your stay.
Car included
A Chevrolet Captiva jeep, or equivalent, will be at the villa on arrival or delivered shortly after and is provided for you to use throughout your stay. Please note we include two named drivers on the insurance. Should you wish to add more, simply enquire locally and a supplement will be due. Please note all drivers must be 25 years and older.
Standard Cleaning
The villa will be clean on arrival and fresh lines and bathroom towels provided. Please kindly note there is no resident housekeeper permanently on site. Hassan and his wife Emine provide the villa caretaking services. Hassan will visit the villa everyday to maintain the gardens and swimming pool. Emine, will provide a light clean of the villa surfaces daily. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays the villa has a more thorough clean and linen change. Should you wish to add any additional housekeeping or cleaning arrangement, simply inform us of your preferences and we will provide a quote accordingly.
Hosts in Resort
A member of our overseas team will arrange to visit you the day after your arrival and will be on hand during your stay should you need them. We will send you their contact details just before you depart so you can contact them via WhatsAPP should you require their attention before they come to welcome you.
Pool Towels
These are provided for your use, in addition all Discerning Collection guests will receive a complimentary Turkish towel (pestemal).
Beach front platforms
The beach platforms have sunbeds and there is a outdoor dining area and kitchen area. There is also a kayak for your use. We can arrange for Aristos watersports to come over if you wish to book watersports (payable locally).
Shopping
Should you wish to have the fridge and pantry stocked ahead of your arrival, simply send us a list of what you would like and we can make the arrangements with the local supermarket and you can pay locally once in situ in Turkish Lira or via card. It is possible to then continue to use the same service throughout your stay as and when things need to be replenished.
Children
We are pleased to arrange, cots, highchairs and car seats for car hire and transfers as well as baby bundles, simply contact our knowledgeable team for more information. Please note that we require you to pack your own linen for the cots.
In Villa Catering
While the kitchen is well equipped, we realise you have not come on holiday to cook if you don’t want to. If you would like to simply relax and enjoy a delicious meal in the comfort of your villa accommodation, perhaps a leisurely poolside lunch or decadent supper by candlelight, we are pleased to suggest various local chefs who will be pleased to discuss ideas and menus with you. Simply contact us and we will be pleased to put you in touch with one of our recommend suppliers.
Trips
We can arrange a variety of excursions which can be pre-booked in advance or locally with your Discerning Collection Host, simply enquire locally for further information and prices.
Transfers
Your airport transfers are included in the villa price from Dalaman and return.
Check in/Check out
These timings are shown on each villa page as they may vary. If you have a late flight then we can arrange for you to have lunch and use the facilities at one of our hotels. This can be discussed with you at the time of booking.
