We are delighted to introduce the Mandalina Suites for the summer 2022 season. Poised in an elevated position in a premium location on the Kaş Peninsula, Mandalina enjoys an utterly tranquil setting. It is the ultimate relaxation location to recharge in serene and highly unusual surrounds and while feeling wonderfully remote- the harbour town of Kaş – with its cobbled streets, quirky boutiques and glistening marina are all within striking distance.
The hotel has been meticulously designed with exceptional attention to detail demonstrated throughout. Built on a swathe of unspoilt land on the tip of the Kaş Peninsula, the hotel is alive with bright, blooming, native plants that tumble down to the water’s edge. The hotel is entered from a dusty peninsular road, entrance is through a wonderful greek style doorway painted in bright blues and greens. Your eye is immediately drawn to the most staggering seascape views which frame the property and stretch beyond the distance your eyes can see.
Mandalina affords 14 unique and spacious suites each of which has been meticulously designed and put together to embrace the magnificent seascape views and with no compromise in terms of comfort. Sleeping quarters are divided between three contemporary buildings that are layered into the hillside. The interiors are inspired by local nature and the cultural landscape of the region. Modern furnishings, a pristine neutral palette, and a blend of local artisanship together with quirky ottoman artefacts blend seamlessly with the surrounding nature. Each of the suites have been composed to embrace the feeling of inside-outside living and to showcase the awe-inspiring seascapes. Walls of glass fill the space with light and reveal the most dramatic scenery. Bathrooms are roomy with hammam-style showers. Each element is extraordinarily well done and will impress even those who relish the very best.
The beating heart of Mandalina and place to gather is located towards the hotel’s waterfront. Just above the restaurant is a stunning mosaic-tiled swimming pool and deck with colourful day beds. For further swimming opportunities, meander down several further staircases to the hotel’s private waterfront. A platform carved ınto the rockface is dotted at various intervals with loungers and a ladder leads into the inky-blue sea.
The culinary scene and service at Mandalina is impressive too. The hotel has one watersıde restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Whether you are enjoying breakfast fit for a king while listening to the sounds of the sea or enjoying the catch of the day under a canopy of stars, each of the dishes is created using local and seasonal produce and the flavours are inspired by the Mediterranean together with Turkeys rich and varied culture.

The Mandalina Suites is an adult-only hotel, welcoming guests 12 years and above. Please note that due to the steep hillside location and many steps, this property is not suitable for guests with mobility issues.

A leisurely and moreish breakfast is served at the waterfront terrace at the bottom of the hotel; feast on an impressive smorgasbord of local ingredients including Mediterranean fruits of the season, an array of impressive cheeses, olives and other local delicacies. Each morning, brings a fresh selection of breads and pastries, muesli, yoghurt, local jams and eggs cooked to order.
Lunch (13:00 – 16:30)
Lunch is a varied menu, perfect for refuelling after a busy morning dipping in and out of the sea. The menu consists of excellent local salads using the freshest seasonal ingredients, as well as the meze of the day, tempura seasonal vegetables, crispy calamari and of course some international favourites such as the kofte burger, wraps and pasta. The beverage menu is vast, so you won’t be short of choice; freshly squeezed juices, hot drinks, beers, cocktails and local wines all feature and will not disappoint.
Dinner (19.30 – 22.30)
On those evenings when you cannot bring yourself to leave, the waterside restaurant will leave you wanting for nothing. Dining at Mandalina is sublime for its superior location and menu that matches. Fish eaters and carnivores will all be equally rewarded. Whether you try the prawns flambéed in garlic lemon butter or sample the mouth watering fillet steak everything is cooked freshly to order using the best local produce.

Situated a mere 25 minutes from Kalkan, easy-going Kaş has all the charm of its neighbour – a labyrinth of cobbled alleys, a colourful café culture scene, quirky boutiques – a working harbour town and a verdant peninsula which is home to some of the finest residences on the entire Lycian Coast. The Lycian carved rock tombs and the King’s Tomb sarcophagus situated on Uzuncarsi Caddesi pay testament to the sixth century BC settlement of Antiphellos from which today’s town of Kaş was born.
Every Friday, the weekly market is held starting early just after 8am and wrapping up as the sun sets. It’s a real mix of locally produced organic food, clothing and bric-a-brac and is definitely worth a visit even if it is simply to take stock and feel the local authentic ambience. The pazar takes place under cover and if you are looking for the season’s finest fresh picks it is best to go early, then take stop for refreshment at one of the makeshift cafés to watch as a delightful tasting Gözleme (local pancake) is prepared in front of you. Kaş’s sea-faring nature is not limited to the old harbour since a new, sea marina was added in 2011 as a base for the yachting fraternity to moor and shore as well as weekly charters. Masts sing as you meander around the marina which is located on the approach to the town from the west. No visit to Kaş is complete without wandering through the old town and picking a meyhane restaurant for a light dinner. Here local folk linger over a bottle of Raki while tasting an array of exceptional small plates- all locally prepared using the freshest seasonal ingredients.

Set over one floor, entrance is into a well-appointed master bedroom complete with a small library of books and a yoga mat. The interiors are immaculately presented with crisp, neutral tones interspersed with contemporary fixtures and fittings and a sprinkling of artefacts. The en-suite is a hammam-style bathroom with monsoon shower large enough for two. There is also a gorgeous bath with yet more sensational views out to sea. A door leads onto the comfortable balcony which has seating for two.

There are four Deluxe Suites with Jacuzzi and bath. These suites can each accommodate a maximum of two guests and are approximately 60m2. Papatya, Zencefil, Limon and Ihlamur each enjoy mesmerising seascape vistas over the crystal clear waters of the Kaş Peninsula. Set over one floor, entrance is into a well-appointed master bedroom complete with a small library of books and a yoga mat. The interiors are immaculately presented with crisp, neutral tones interspersed with contemporary fixtures and fittings and a sprinkling of artefacts. The en-suite is a hammam-style bathroom with monsoon shower large enough for two. There is also a gorgeous bath. A door leads onto the comfortable balcony which has seating for two and there is an extended garden area with jacuzzi terrace and day beds.

Deluxe Loft Suite
The Deluxe Loft Suite, Defne is located in the top right hand corner of the Mandalina Suites and sleeps a maximum of two guests. This vast, two storey suite spans 85m2 and affords a unique, galleried master bedroom with uninterrupted seascapes vistas over the crystal- clear waters of the Kaş Peninsula.
Entrance is on the first floor, enter into a large and airy open-plan living area with a small collection of good-reads and a yoga mat. The interiors are decorated in punchy neutral tones with contemporary fixtures and fittings and some local artefacts, the double height floor-to-ceiling-glass windows imbibe the magnificent surrounds. There is a comfortable seating area to relax and take in the awe-inspiring sea views. A staircase leads up to the master bedroom which runs the entire length of the suite and has a king size bed with yet more staggering sea views through floor-to-ceiling windows. The bathroom is located downstairs, built in hammam-style with both a huge bath and a Monsoon shower roomy enough for two. Glass doors open onto a pretty furnished terrace with seating for two and stunning sunset views.

Private Pool Suites
There are four gorgeous and individually styled private Pool Suites; Lavanta, Nane, Kekik and Incir each enjoy sensational views to sea and are set in different locations within the hotel, all are located on the ground floor of the three buildings. Each Pool Suite accommodates a maximum of two guests.
Enter into the large open plan suite, boasting a large master bedroom and comfy sitting space complete with sofa and coffee table. This suite is well-appointed with all the mod cons and creature comforts you could want for. The suite has a small library of books and a yoga mat. Individually styled, the suites are immaculately presented in polished neutral tones with contemporary fixtures, fittings and an array of carefully chosen artefacts. The en suite bathroom is hammam-style with both a huge bath and a Monsoon shower roomy enough for two.
The Pool Suites will appeal to those who long for the Mediterranean inside-outside style of living. Wander out through the floor-to-ceiling sliding windows onto your very own private pool deck with infinity edged swimming pool (approx. 6×3 metres). The perfect spot to take in the magnificent seascapes and laze under sunny Turkish skies.

Loft Pool Suite
The Loft Pool Suite, Feslegen is located in the top left hand corner of the Mandalina Suites and sleeps a maximum of two guests. This roomy, two storey suite spans an enormous 85m2 and affords a sensational, galleried master bedroom with uninterrupted seascapes vistas over the inky waters of the Kaş Peninsula.
Entrance is on the first floor, enter into a bright and spacious open-plan living area with a small library of books and a yoga mat. The interiors are decorated in punchy white and neutral tones with bright fixtures and fittings and a sprinkling of local artefacts, the double height floor-to-ceiling-glass windows frame the magnificent surrounds. There is a comfortable seating area to relax and take in the stunning sea views. A staircase leads up to the master bedroom which runs the entire length of the suite and has a king size bed with yet more iridescent sea views through floor-to-ceiling windows. The bathroom is located downstairs, built in hammam-style with both a huge bath and a Monsoon shower roomy enough for two. Glass doors open onto a pretty furnished terrace with seating for two and stunning sunset views. To the side of the suite and outside is a refreshing plunge pool and deck dressed with day beds.
