We are delighted that the hotel was refreshed for the summer 2023 season, with improved spaces, renewed rooms, new and enhanced dining areas.
All of the light, airy and incredibly spacious rooms and suites offer unrivalled sea views and have a large balcony or terrace, a superb spot to sit and watch the sun go down over the deep blue Mediterranean.
Likya Residence has a large inviting swimming pool surrounded by comfy sun loungers and a gorgeous second infinity pool with glorious views. There is a convivial bar and a very discerning terrace restaurant with a wide menu of delicious Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine — a fabulous spot to marvel at the stunning views over Kalkan and out to sea. This excellent restaurant, run by the brilliant Muhammet, is probably one of the best, if not the best in Kalkan. Given the excellent relationship we have with the Likya residence since its inception, all the first and second floor rooms are allocated to the Discerning Collection.

The Likya Residence also boasts a fantastic restaurant, run expertly by the ever popular Mohammed, serving contemporary Turkish cuisine. It also has stunning views over Kalkan and out to sea. The hotel has a large free-form swimming pool which is very much the focal point and place to gather. The pool terrace is has wooden sun loungers dotted at various intervals and a pin-drop atmosphere, idea for unwinding. The superbly appointed bar is a focal point for most guests in the early evening prior to their customary walk into Kalkan for supper and late evening shopping.
There is a separate breakfast area which offers a plentiful buffet of delicious Turkish fare, such as fresh fruit, breads, cereals, yoghurt and even a chef on hand to prepare eggs, anyway you like.

Master Deluxe Suites 401, 402 and Owners suite
Both 401 and 402 have en-suite shower rooms, Jacuzzi bathtub in the bedroom, and stunning sea views out over Kalkan from the terraces.
The Owner’s Suite is a large suite on the 1st floor, with a round double bed, en-suite shower room and dressing area. It has a large terrace with private access to the decked sun terrace.

Likya Retreat Annexe Standard Sea View Room
There are four beautifully presented standard sea view rooms each of which are a good size and afford glorious views across the bay and out to sea. These rooms are situated in a separate building a short stroll from the main hotel. there are a number of steps to reach the ground floor and then naturally more as you go up the floors and there is no working lift.
Each room enjoys bright and airy interiors, designed to imbibe the stunning seascape views. Each of the standard rooms afford furnished balconies.
There are four rooms in this category; 503 and 502 on the second floor and 504 and 505 on the third floor.

Likya Retreat Annexe Penthouse Jacuzzi Suite
The Penthouse Jacuzzi Suite, 506, has arguably the best position in the Likya Retreat Annexe. Perched on the top floor of the building, this suite is beautiful decorated in soothing neutral tones a combination of bright white and dusty greys. Inside is a comfortable large double bed and a spacious separate en suite bathroom with Shower W/C as we as his and hers wash basins.
Outside this suite enjoys an extremely large balcony with jacuzzi bath, as well as a comfortable alfresco seating area and day beds.
