A modern and stylish villa with splendid views, ideal for a family escape
Villa Euphoria is a beautiful, contemporary villa close to the incredibly pretty town of Fiscardo with its array of water-front shops and restaurants, yet in the peaceful location of the small village of Agrillias, perfect for a relaxing break with family or friends.
This beautiful single-storey villa boasts 3 bedrooms, and stylish open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area which leads out on to the lovely terrace complete with an inviting infinity pool and separate Jacuzzi (both can be heated).
From Villa Euphoria there are breath-taking views over the Ionian, perfect for lazy days by the pool and relaxing with family and friends. Sun loungers are positioned around the pool with two additional relaxation areas, one that is shaded should you require an escape from the heat of the midday sun.
Surrounding the villa is a raised garden with fruit trees and vegetables that have been planted by the owner for the villa guests to consume, however, for day to day sundries, it’s just a short walk to a handful of local mini-markets and tavernas.
If you can bear to leave the comfort of Villa Euphoria, we highly recommend jumping into the car to explore the many highlights of the north of Kefalonia, including the many stunning beaches, and the postcard-perfect village of Assos.

Enter through the main door to the contemporary designed open-plan living area beautifully created with luxury and comfort in mind. There is ample seating, a flat screen TV, DVD player, audio system and Wii console. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything that you will need to create tasty family meals.
There is both and indoor dining room for cooler evenings and a comfortable dining area on the terrace for those balmy summer nights, there is also a barbecue for al-fresco cooking.
There are 2 elegantly furnished king sized double en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a balcony with uninterrupted westerly views over to the Lixouri Peninsular and direct access to the pool area. The twin bedroom is also finished to the same specifications with its own shower room. All bedrooms have with fitted wardrobes and include hairdryers.

The above prices are for this villa, based on an occupancy of up to 6 guests for 7 nights and includes:

Flights –Please do get in touch if you would like us to source your flights, we can do all the hard work in sourcing and booking them. We do charge a small admin fee of £10 per person for doing this on your behalf .
The benefit of us booking your flights means that you are completely covered for all the services booked within the holiday package under our ATOL licence which means you have complete peace of mind. We will then check you in and send you all the necessary documents, you have nothing to do, except pack and look forward to your holiday!
Payments: To book a villa only we require a deposit of 30% with the balance due at least 8 weeks prior to arrival. To book a package including flights we will require the villa deposit of 30% plus any payment we make on your behalf for the flying costs. By sending us the deposit you agree to our terms and conditions. Unlike other operators we do not take a security/damage deposit unless the owner specifically requires it. However, should there be any accidental damage please advise our staff in resort prior to your departure. We do have the right to charge for any damage incurred and this will be applied prior to your departure from the villa.
