Villa Kaya is a pretty and recently completed three bedroom property sleeping six guests. Splendidly perched in a quiet hillside location, Villa Kaya peers across unfettered and tumbling terrain towards Mouse and Snake Islands in the distance, glorious indigo seascape vistas can be enjoyed from the spacious pool deck and alfresco terrace. This new property has been created to blend seamlessly with its surrounds and is well suited for families and groups of friends travelling together. With Kalkan just moments away by taxi, this villa concept provides blissful self-sufficiency and yet is within easy reach of the charms of Kalkan old town and a wide choice of laid back beach clubs.
The generously proportioned open plan living space is situated on the ground floor, bifold doors create the feeling of inside outside living providing a bright and airy feeling throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you could possibly need to create a gastronomic masterpiece. Sleeping quarters are split between the ground and mezzanine level. Each of the three bedrooms have been comfortably furnished so a peaceful night’s sleep is guaranteed. Outside, the infinity swimming pool is surprisingly large for a villa of this size, 5m x13m, lending itself to those who like to clock up some holiday lengths. The surrounding garden provides yet more space to relax and soak up the rays or recline in the shade with a good book.
Good to know: This villa can be enjoyed individually and is one of three similar properties sat in a cluster. Larger groups can also take Ambar Ev and Sedir Ev accommodating up to 18 Guests, ideal for multi-generational family holidays and special celebrations.
