Idyllic Stone Villa in Kiziltas, Kalkan
A relaxed three bedroom property with beguiling sea views, astonishing sunsets, immaculate garden and infinity pool.
Ambar Ev is a new stone villa tucked away on the hillside overlooking the coast and is just a short distance from Kalkan. This pretty three bedroom property accommodates up to six guests and is set over two floors. Minimalist interiors are offset with large glass picture windows framing the mountainous interiors and azure seascape panoramic vistas.
A fully furnished terrace and lawned garden with gnarled olive tree provide plenty of space to lounge and marvel at the far reaching views over the mountains towards Patara and the horseshoe bay of Kalkan below. The infinity pool glistens in the spotlight and is the focal point and place to gather at Ambar Ev. Walled surrounds, mean the children can roam freely without disappearing out of sight. Sleeping areas are divided between the ground and first floor, a comfortable twin bedroom is located on entrance level and opens directly onto the pool deck and garden. Upstairs there are two master doubles each complete with en suite and magnificent balconies with yet more impressive views out to sea.
Ambar Ev enjoys an incredible location, close but not too close to the hustle and bustle of Kalkan. On days when all you want to do is bake in the sun in the privacy of your villa, Ambar Ev has all you could possibly need. Beyond lazy days by the pool, the villa is well positioned for exploring the wider region, remote mountain villages remain very much unchanged and ancient sites lay as they fell. Snorkelling and sea swimming opportunities are plentiful too, hop in a taxi and you can visit one of Kalkan’s many relaxed beach clubs in just over 5 minutes, further down the road is Patara Beach, a turkey bucket list experience. Not only does Patara have sand in abundance but it is also home to the loggerhead turtles and was once one of the principal cities of Ancient Lycia.
Good to know: This villa can be enjoyed individually and is one of three similar properties sat in a cluster. Larger groups can also take Villa Kaya and Sedir Ev accommodating up to 18 Guests, ideal for multi-generational family holidays and special celebrations.
