Interiors

Arranged over three levels, Villa Eleni Kefalonia opens on the first floor to a spacious kitchen and dining area. A magnificent vaulted wooden ceiling lends warmth and character, while large French doors lead onto a sea-facing terrace. The fully equipped modern kitchen includes an oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine – everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The adjoining lounge continues the theme of understated style, with natural light flooding in through wide doors that open onto the terrace. This is a lovely space to relax, dine al fresco beneath the shaded pergola, or simply gaze out towards the horizon as the sun sets over the Ionian Sea.

A wooden staircase rises to the galleried master bedroom, set beneath a vaulted ceiling with an elegant en-suite bathroom including bath, shower and WC. Downstairs, two further bedrooms – one double and one twin – share a family shower room and open onto a generous sun terrace. The layout makes Villa Eleni ideal for families or groups of friends, with space to come together and quiet corners to retreat to.

Outdoor Living

The outdoor spaces are a highlight. The villa’s infinity pool gives the illusion of spilling straight into the sea, while the terraces are perfectly positioned to make the most of the panoramic views. A built-in barbecue and shaded dining area set the scene for long, lazy suppers overlooking Assos Bay and towards Myrtos Beach.

At the end of the garden, steep steps descend around 100 metres to the seafront. A small rock platform provides direct access to the crystal-clear Ionian, and confident swimmers can reach a secluded beach roughly 200 metres away – a hidden gem usually accessible only by boat.

Please note that as these villas are staggered on a hillside, they are not suitable for those with walking difficulties.  Due to the infinity pool, we recommend Villa Eleni for children over 12 years.
