Interiors
Villa Art is fully air-conditioned and designed with elegant simplicity. The entrance opens onto a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious open-plan living and sleeping area. Clean lines, a soft coastal palette and contemporary furnishings create a sense of light and calm.
A comfortable double bed faces the sea, so you can wake to sparkling blue views through large glass doors. A stylish sitting area includes a Smart TV, while a modern shower room with WC sits just off the living space.
This clever layout gives Villa Art a loft-like feel, with every corner oriented towards the panoramic seascape.
Outdoor Living
Step through the glass doors onto your private sea-view terrace, where Kefalonia’s natural beauty takes centre stage. Here, the infinity pool creates the illusion of merging directly with the Ionian, offering a spectacular setting for morning swims or golden-hour dips.
An al fresco dining area invites leisurely breakfasts or romantic sunset suppers with Assos Castle as your backdrop. At the edge of the garden, steep steps descend approximately 100 metres to the seafront, leading to a small rock swimming platform. From here, confident swimmers can reach a secluded beach about 200 metres away – usually only accessible by boat.
