The entrance opens onto a modern, fully equipped kitchen, complete with everything you need for easy holiday living. A family shower room with WC sits just off the hallway.

A half flight of steps leads down to the open-plan living and dining area, where arched double doors frame mesmerising sea views. From here, you can step onto the spacious balcony terrace, complete with a built-in barbecue – the perfect setting for al fresco suppers while the sun sinks behind Assos Castle.

Upstairs on the first floor is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom both share a family bathroom, while the third bedroom is tucked beneath the eaves in the attic – a romantic double with wooden vaulted ceilings and picture windows looking towards the castle and sea.

Outdoor Living

The outdoor spaces are designed to bring the sea ever closer. Steps lead down from the living room balcony to the private swimming pool terrace, furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas for leisurely afternoons beneath the Ionian sun.

At the edge of the garden, steep steps descend approximately 100 metres to the seafront, where a small rock swimming platform gives direct access to the crystalline water. Confident swimmers can reach a hidden beach around 200 metres away, a secluded spot usually only accessible by boat.
