The Alboro Seaside Suites is a laid back boutique escape perched just behind the shore on the celebrated Valtos beach. This seaside hotel has just four suites each of which has been immaculately designed to provide guests with an affordable standard of luxury accommodation. NEW FOR 2025; The hotel is being extended and will feature a further four bedrooms, so there will be a total of eight suites in summer 2025. Furnishings are soft and neutral a fusion of wood and bright white fittings together with panels of glass which imbibe the Ionian sea and verdant terrain.

This intimate boutique hotel is in it’s infancy and is a glorious boutique concept, ideal for a romantic retreat but equally works well for friends travelling together. The Suites are a generous size and the open plan nature also works well for families travelling with younger children.

Nestled just a stone’s throw from the edge of Valtos beach, the Alboro Seaside Suites exudes a barefoot chic and paired back beach vibe. The convivial atmosphere and Greek hospitality displayed by the owners is akin to staying with family friends and very much creates an intimacy that is hard to tear yourself away from. With a second to none location right on the water’s edge, a swimming pool and excellent light fare beach house restaurant, it is quite possible to holiday here for a week without venturing beyond the edge of bay.

Small and intimate, the beating heart and place to gather at the Alboro Suites is the swimming pool which proudly overlooks the Ionian Sea. The pool deck is tastefully decorated with replete fluffy grey day beds. Adjacent is the tasteful bar and beachfront restaurant which serves an excellent array of refreshing beverages, light bites and meals throughout the day.

Bi nightfall, nearby Parga is coming to life and the tavernas are dressed with colourful checked linen table cloths and one can enjoy an excellent selection of sumptuous small plates such as tzatziki and grilled octopus and some excellent local wines all to be enjoyed under a widescreen canopy of stars and backdrop of pastel painted venetian houses. Parga is 1500m from the Alboro Seaside Suites so it isn’t essential to hire a car, taxis are available but the active may enjoy the evening stroll along the beach up to the castle and then wandering through the old streets into the town centre.
