Located in a quiet corner of Kalkan’s western shore, Villa Sidyma is a stylish and serene beach house, ideal for up to six guests. Inspired by Thai-style beach villas, this contemporary villa is one of four at the Likya Gardens Hotel. Encased by wild gardens filled with fragrant foliage, it offers privacy and a relaxed ambiance.
Outside, a large rectangular pool is framed by sun loungers, parasols, and comfortably furnished terraces. A shaded al fresco seating area, surrounded by vibrant flowers and lush greenery, provides an idyllic spot for drinks or leisurely meals. The outdoor space feels like a private oasis, alive with Mediterranean scents.
The villa is built over two floors, featuring high-spec fixtures and a neutral palette throughout. The ground floor features the main living areas: a well-equipped kitchen, a dining table for six, and a welcoming living area with an L-shaped sofa. This level also includes the villa’s private wellness centre, complete with an indoor pool, sauna, hammam, and a relaxation space with a double daybed. Upstairs, three well-appointed bedrooms await—two doubles and one twin—each with an en-suite bathroom. Some of the bedrooms offer sea views, adding to the villa’s coastal appeal.
Just 30 metres from the villa, guests can access the private beach club, shared exclusively with guests of the Likya Gardens Hotel. Rustic steps lead down to the seafront, where Villa Sidyma guests enjoy complimentary use of a private cabana. The beach club offers loungers, parasols, diving platforms, and direct sea access, with a waiter and towel service providing light snacks, fresh juices, and cooling drinks.
Beyond the villa, guests are perfectly placed to explore the Lycian Coast’s rich and varied culture, from ancient ruins to remote mountain villages. Kalkan’s charming harbour and renowned rooftop restaurants are less than 900 metres away, promising unforgettable culinary experiences.
