We’re delighted to invite guests to join our May 2026 Yoga Holiday at The Lures Hotel in Kalkan – a relaxed and sociable week that balances movement, sunshine and time to unwind.

Set above the Mediterranean with uninterrupted views across Kalamar Bay, The Lures provides an effortlessly stylish backdrop for a week of gentle structure and complete freedom. This is very much a holiday with yoga, rather than a formal retreat – designed to feel relaxing, enjoyable and entirely your own.

Across five days, guests will enjoy two yoga sessions per day, led by experienced instructor Bryony Cain, with mornings focused on energising Vinyasa flow and evenings dedicated to slower, restorative practice.

We’re delighted to welcome Bryony Cain to lead our May 2026 yoga holiday.

With over two decades in the fitness and wellbeing industry, Bryony brings both depth and warmth to her teaching. Her approach is inclusive, intuitive and grounded in real life — whether you’re completely new to yoga or returning to your practice.

Her classes centre around Vinyasa flow, building thoughtful sequences that can be adapted to suit all levels, alongside slower restorative sessions designed to release tension and encourage deep relaxation.

Bryony’s teaching is shaped by a lifelong commitment to movement, balance and connection — creating a supportive and uplifting environment where guests can move, breathe and reset at their own pace.
