Villa Nana is one of three stunning Avicenna villas located on the near side of the Bay of Kalkan, each features far- reaching sea views with sleek, modern architecture and contemporary interiors dotted with splashes of contemporary art and some local artefacts. While Villa Nana is just a one-bedroom bolthole for two, larger parties may like to take all three villas together which can accommodate up to 18 guests.
Villa Nana is built over one floor and is entirely open plan throughout. The entire frontage is glass, gloating expansive views across the bay of Kalkan. The interior space is vast and captures the glistening sea views from every aspect. The kitchen, breakfast bar and sitting room dominate half of the open plan living space and the interiors are cool with a neutral palette interspersed with modern art and some Turkish soft furnishings. At the far end of the suite is the master bedroom, with large king-size bed and free-standing bath and yet more glorious views to sea. From monsoon showers to the finishing touches, Villa Nana is the perfect romantic escape. Outside, the sea- facing swimming pool takes centre stage. The surrounding chic pool terrace is dressed with loungers and parasols and bordered with fragrant colourful flowers. There is even a glorious seating area ideal for cocktails while watching the spectacular sunsets.
Having found the perfect spot, we could not blame you for not wanting to leave. But in case you do want to explore the local scene, Villa Nana enjoys a super location and is conveniently positioned just a few minutes stroll from Zest and Palm Beach Club. Meanwhile, Kalkan harbour is accessed via an unmade coastal path, ten minutes on foot, so it’s easy to pop in and out of the action as and when you like.
Good to know: Please kindly note pool heating is not included in the price, however it is available with a supplement £270 per week. Enquire for further information. There is usually a lead in time of two days for pool heating. Pool heating might be a pleasant addition at the beginning or end of the season.
