Getting into the Bella Mare laid back way of life is simply effortless. Located in a bird’s nest position at the highest point in Kalamar Bay, we are certain Bella Mare will become a favourite haunt for those who relish the very best. With sleek architecture and owner inspired interiors dotted with flashes of colour, it is finished to an extremely high standard.
Villa Bella Mare is a generously proportioned three storey private house which sits proudly above the Bay of Kalamar. Contemporary in structure, the architecture is sleek, a seamless blend of stone walls and glass, designed to drink-in those far-reaching sea views. It is a superb choice for two families travelling together or even a large group of friends. The stylish ambience and generously proportioned living space, lends itself beautifully to larger parties. Inside, no expense has been spared, the open plan kitchen and living area is extensive and the perfect space to gather should you need some respite from the intense peak summer heat. From the kitchen and dining area glass doors opens onto a large terrace which wraps along the entire front of the property and overlooks the sea. Outside there is a large alfresco dining area thoughtfully placed under the shade of a pergola there is also a kitchenette with barbecue and sink. Outside, the large rectangular swimming pool takes centre stage, surrounded by sun terraces dressed with comfortable day beds, parasols and plenty of cosy corners to curl up with a good read. The garden is ringed by stone terracing laced with bougainvillea and colourful geraniums. Having found such a special spot we could not blame you for wanting to simply sit back and soak in the views, tracking the plethora of gulets which glide in and out of the harbour throughout the day.
Inside, each of the five bedrooms are ensuite and of generous size with four doubles and one twin. Rooms are cooly decorated in neutral tones and with flashes of colour throughout. Each is individually styled and some even benefit from unique features such as feature walls, free standing bath tubs, jacuzzies and decorative swing chairs.
With a large private swimming pool and host of villa facilities, including a games room, Villa Bella Mare is a playful house that is well suited for families and groups of friends travelling together.
