Arden Ege is just the perfect choice for two families taking a holiday together or perhaps a multi-generational family or a group of friends. This comfy modern villa has recently been renewed and enjoys a location with uninterrupted sea views. This recently renewed house has 5 ensuite bedrooms, so in total it can sleep up to 10 guests. Arden Ege has a super location with glorious sea views as well as views across Kalkan’s mountainous exterior. This villa is conveniently located less than a ten-minute stroll down hill into the centre of Kalkan where there is an excellent chouce of rooftop restaurants. Kalkan is a very pretty and charming harbour village with plenty of beach clubs to keep everyone entertained. Kalkan offers traditional Turkish cuisine in the Ocakbasi simple restaurants, elegant rooftop dining, supermarkets, artisan boutique shops and bars as well as breathtaking views across the Mediterranean. Not far away, you will find the famous Patara beach, an undeveloped 18 KM stretch of sand, home and breeding ground to the loggerhead turtles.
The outside space is the perfect area for entertaining and family games. Think races in the pool, think pool volley-ball and languid poolside lunches. The swimming pool is a good size with plenty of furnished terraces to relax poolside with a good read or simply to bask under glorious Mediterranean skies. There is also a large alfresco dining space which is perfect for leisurely suppers under a canopy of stars.
The ground floor of Arden Ege is home to the contemporary open plan living space as well as the en-suite twin bedroom. The comfy living room overlooks the swimming pool terrace. It is furnished with sumptuous sofas and a neutral colour theme. The villa enjoys a lovely, calm and pastel colour palette, perfect for relaxing and enjoying these magical spaces. The bedroom on this level is well suited to friends sharing due to the sleeping arrangements, twin beds and this bedroom opens directly to the terrace, it is perfect for those who like to pop out for an early morning swim.
The first and second floor of the villa is home to the remaining four double bedrooms, all fitted with immaculate ensuite bathrooms and with access to large furnished balconies where you can enjoy the beautiful, dazzling vistas.
