Villa Guney unfolds across three expansive floors, each space meticulously designed with guests comfort in mind, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. As you approach, an elegant marble staircase descends toward the front entrance—a touch of Hollywood glamour, softly illuminated at night for a dramatic welcome. To the rear, the villa’s grand terrace reveals an alluring infinity kidney shaped pool, perfectly complemented by a standalone Jacuzzi tub. This terrace, framed by lush, colorful flower beds and thoughtfully arranged with sun loungers, daybeds, and seating for up to 12 guests, is designed for indulging in the sun’s warmth or simply lounging in utter privacy while taking in the stunning sea views from every aspect.
Distinct from many of Kalkan’s villas, this property offers a truly generous expanse, set on a vast plot that ensures a remarkable sense of space and freedom. Thoughtfully designed, even when hosting a full house of ten, every guest will find ample room to roam. Inside, the villa’s interiors continue to impress. Five spacious bedrooms, including four luxurious double en-suites and one twin, are perfectly put together and a good night’s sleep awaits. While a delightful terrace on the first floor serves as an exquisite spot for pre-dinner cocktails and many Instagram-able moments as the sun slinks beneath the horizon. A shaded alfresco games area will provide hours of entertainment with a full-sized pool table and table tennis, catering to in-house tournaments and plenty of healthy family or friendly competitions.
Though fully equipped with a gourmet kitchen, since Villa Guney occupies one of the finest positions on the Lycian Coast, we appreciate it might be difficult to leave.
