Brand new stunning four bedroom waterside villa
Part of a delightful small development of three villas at the far end of Kalamar Bay, this beautiful four bedroom villa is the perfect place to escape the crowds and unwind in fabulous surroundings. With its own waterside bathing platforms the Waters Edge 2 has direct access to the sea. The lovely large outside space and elegant interiors make this one of the finest villas in the Kalkan area. As part of the small development of three villas the villa shares a split level bathing area but each villa has its own designated platform area and its own sun loungers.
The beautifully designed interior has a large open plan living area with fully fitted high spec kitchen. Floor to ceiling glass doors lead out to the large infinity pool and outside sun terrace and al fresco dining area with those stunning sea views.
Please kindly note that due to the location of the villa this property is not well suited to those with mobility issues and young children.

Waters Edge 2 is a large, high spec, high class 4 bedroom villa
Access to Waters Edge 2 is via a wooden gate from the lane above. Here there is a parking area should you have a hire car. A cobbled path meanders around tiered gardens until you reach the entrance door (please kindly note that the entrance is steep therefore it is not well suited to young children or those with mobility issues.)
Ground Floor
The open plan spacious living area is beautifully designed and boasts floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, with large sumptuous sofas that look out onto the beautiful pool and out to sea. A wall mounted flat screen TV is also ideally placed for some indoor relaxation should the need ever arise.
The high spec kitchen is modern with sleek lines and clever lighting and of course fully equipped as befits a villa of this quality. A large dining table also with lovely sea views compliments the kitchen.
One spacious en-suite double bedroom is located at the rear of the villa as is the separate WC.
First Floor
Three elegant and spacious en-suite bedrooms are located up the wide marble staircase. They all boast built in wardrobes, large mirrors and marble tiled bathrooms. two bedrooms face the front and share a lovely balcony with those stunning sea views. One further bedrooms, a twin, faces the rear of the villa and has a side balcony with seating.
Outside Space
The outside pool area with its fantastic sea views and gardens space is extensive and is well planned for a large family or party of eight. The salt water infinity pool has an integral jacuzzi and, a rarity in Kalkan, it also has a shallow area for the little ones. Eight sun loungers and two large parasols surround the large pool. Walk down the steps and gentle pathway and you come to the bathing platforms with sunbeds and parasols and direct access to the sea.
There’s also an outside covered dining area with built in stone BBQ and a comfortable seating section with pergola.
The pool can also be heated on a request basis enquire for more information and we will gladly provide a quote for this service approx £400 per week.

Prices below are for Waters Edge 2 for up to 8 guests, per week and include:

Further ancillary services to enhance your stay are available to purchase.

The above prices are for this villa, based on an occupancy of up to 8 guests for 7 nights and includes:

Arrival dates are normally Saturday, Sunday or Monday for a 7 or 14 night duration, however, other arrival dates and odd durations may be possible. Please just call our friendly team on 01784 817720 or drop us a quick email, [email protected]
Flights –Please do get in touch if you would like us to source your flights, we can do all the hard work in sourcing and booking them. We do charge a small admin fee of £10 per person for doing this on your behalf .
The benefit of us booking your flights means that you are completely covered for all the services booked within the holiday package under our ATOL licence which means you have complete peace of mind. We will then check you in and send you all the necessary documents, you have nothing to do, except pack and look forward to your holiday!
Payments: To book a villa only we require a deposit of 30% with the balance due at least 10 weeks prior to arrival. To book a package including flights we will require the villa deposit of 30% plus any payment we make on your behalf for the flying costs. By sending us the deposit you agree to our terms and conditions. Unlike other operators we do not take a security/damage deposit unless the owner specifically requires it. However, should there be any accidental damage please advise our staff in resort prior to your departure. We do have the right to charge for any damage incurred and this will be applied prior to your departure from the villa.

Arrival at Villa
A member of the villa management team will meet you at the villa with the keys and show you around. All guests have to be registered on arrival, a member of our team will need to take these from you on arrival but will do this as quickly as possible.
Welcome Hamper
A basic hamper will be provided on arrival to get you started.
Stay Connected- Complimentary eSIM
To make your stay even smoother, we’ve included a complimentary 3GB eSIM for the lead guest—so you can get connected from the moment you land. Whether you’d like to reach out to our local team, let loved ones know you’ve arrived safely, or access maps and recommendations on the go, this thoughtful addition is there to make your stay even more seamless. You’ll also have the option to top up if needed, with simple pay-as-you-go data plans available thereafter.
Hosts in Resort
A member of our overseas team will arrange to visit you the day after your arrival and will be on hand during your stay should you need them. We will send you their contact details just before you depart so you can contact them via WhatsAPP if you need to before they visit you.
Standard Cleaning
The villa will be cleaned on arrival and fresh linen and bathroom towels provided. The villas then normally have a mid holiday clean (if staying for 14 days), but not for 7 days holidays.
There is no daily cleaning, if you would like a full housekeeping service then please contact us and we can advise of additional costs.
Pool Towels
These will be provided for you, in addition all Discerning Collection guests will receive a complimentary Turkish towel (pestemal).
Pool Cleaning and Maintenance
The pool will be cleaned during your stay, normally the cleaning staff come early in the morning so don’t be alarmed to see someone in the gardens at the crack of dawn! If you have any queries with respect to the pool or garden maintenance during your stay please contact one of our team (you will be given all these numbers on arrival).
Shopping
We can arrange for any shopping to be in your villa on arrival and is payable locally. Please send us a list of what you would like and we will arrange our local supermarket to deliver this to your villa. During your stay it is also possible to arrange deliveries to your villa.
Children
Cots, highchairs and car seats for car hire and transfers can also be arranged, as well as baby bundles, please contact us for more information. Please note that we require you to pack your own linen for the cots.
Car Hire
As car hire is not included in the price of your holiday, and you would like to rent one for any part of your stay, we are happy to pre-book this for you.
In Villa Catering
If you would like to simply relax and enjoy a delicious meal one evening or lunchtime, without preparing it yourself, we are happy to arrange for a chef to come to the villa and prepare a meal, or perhaps a barbecue for you. We are able to email through menus and ideas.
Trips
We can arrange a variety of trips and excursions which can be pre-booked in advance or locally with your Discerning Collection Host, these are all payable locally.
Transfers
There are so many villas now and so many transfer companies, it can be confusing! If you book your transfers with us then we will ensure all our staff know the exact location of your villa and you also have the advantage that our staff in resort will be able to help with any queries in relation to your transfer.
Yali Beach Club
For a relaxing day by the sea, whether you simply want to soak up the rays, try your hand at some water sports, or stop by for lunch, we highly recommend a day at the Yali Beach Club.
