This offer applies to new bookings only and presents an excellent opportunity to secure a well-located villa within the sought-after Likya Estate, just moments from Kalkan’s harbour.
Early booking rates are valid for bookings confirmed by 1 March 2026 and are subject to availability. Due to the villa’s popularity with families and its prime position close to town, availability can be limited during peak travel periods and early reservation is recommended.
