The Bilgutay family, the respected local family behind Korsan Kitchen, Korsan Meze and Korsan Fish Terrace, also offer an excellent range of in-villa catering services, allowing guests to be as well looked after as they wish.
From delivered breakfasts and relaxed barbecues to fresh fish lunches, themed dining evenings and elegant in-villa suppers, everything can be arranged for you. Their meze boxes are particularly popular on arrival days or as a lighter option during the heat of the day – a wonderfully easy way to enjoy your villa, pool and views without going out at all.

Guests planning ahead for 2026 can take advantage of early booking savings at Villa Bay Life, with reduced weekly rates available on selected weeks throughout the 2026 season. This offer applies to new bookings only and provides an excellent opportunity to secure a well-located villa within walking distance of Kalamar Bay’s renowned beach clubs.
Early booking rates are valid for bookings confirmed by 1 March 2026 and are subject to availability. Due to the villa’s popularity and prime seaside position, availability can be limited during peak travel periods and early reservation is recommended.
