Villa Afsana is built over three levels, with a master suite that captures uninterrupted sea views, complete with a jacuzzi-style bath and rain shower. Contemporary artwork and soft neutral tones create an atmosphere of laid-back sophistication, while the living areas are flooded with natural light and framed by the blue sweep of the Mediterranean.

Villa Setara, its equally elegant sister, mirrors the same inspired design and enjoys identical panoramic views – making the pair perfect for extended families or celebratory gatherings when booked together.

Both villas feature private infinity pools, expansive terraces, and stylish outdoor dining areas designed for relaxed living under the Turkish sun.

Location

Set in Komurluk, one of Kalkan’s most exclusive enclaves, both villas are just a short walk from Zest and Palm Beach Club, and within easy reach of the harbour and old town. The views stretch to the Mouse and Snake Islands, providing an ever-changing backdrop of dazzling blue.

Good to Know

Pool heating is available by arrangement (£270 per week, with two days’ notice) — a welcome addition in the shoulder months.
Due to their elevated waterfront positions and multi-level design, these villas are not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
