The Olive House is a six-bedroom private villa set above Kalamar Bay in Kalkan, completed in 2023 and newly joining our portfolio for the 2026 season. Designed for families, friends travelling together and multi-generational groups, the villa combines contemporary architecture with generous indoor–outdoor living spaces and far-reaching sea views across the bay and towards the islands.
Owned and carefully maintained by the Korsan family, The Olive House offers a flexible layout with six en-suite bedrooms, extensive terraces, and a thoughtfully designed outdoor setup. Facilities include a private swimming pool with shallow sunbathing platform, a separate jacuzzi, pool heating available for cooler months, table tennis, and multiple alfresco dining and lounging areas, including a distinctive courtyard garden with outdoor kitchen and bar. Elevated yet well connected to Kalkan town and the nearby beach clubs, it is a well-executed villa designed for shared holidays done properly.

While all of our villas are well equipped for self-catering, many guests prefer not to spend their holiday in the kitchen. The Bilgutay family, the respected local family behind Korsan Kitchen, Korsan Meze and Korsan Fish Terrace, also offer an excellent range of in-villa catering services, allowing guests to be as well looked after as they wish.
From delivered breakfasts and larger group barbecues, to fresh fish lunches, themed dining evenings and elegant in-villa suppers, everything can be arranged for you. Their meze boxes are particularly popular on arrival days or as a lighter option during the heat of the day – a wonderfully easy way to enjoy your villa, pool and views without going out at all.

Guests planning ahead for 2026 can take advantage of early booking savings at The Olive House, with reduced weekly rates available on selected weeks throughout the 2026 season. This offer applies to new bookings only and provides an excellent opportunity to secure a recently completed villa in an elevated Kalamar Bay position.
Early booking rates are valid for bookings confirmed by 1 March 2026 and are subject to availability. As a new addition for the 2026 season, availability may be limited and early reservation is recommended.
