We are absolutely delighted to introduce the well-appointed Villa Naz to The Discerning Collection villa portfolio for the 2024 season. Villa Naz is a stunning town- house style property set over four floors and enjoying glorious sea views. The villa is perched in a great location just moments from the celebrated Lures hotel’s beach club, it affords super sea views and is complete with all the villa facilities one would hope for; such as a sea-facing pool, table tennis, sauna, games room and manicured terraces complete with day beds and en-plein-air dining terrace. Located in the residential area of Kalamar it is less than 5 minutes by taxi from the picturesque harbour town of Kalkan  so it is easy to dip in and out of the action as and when you like. Kalkan is replete with many artisan boutiques, beach clubs and superb restaurants but guests staying at Villa Naz wont want to miss the reputable rooftop restaurant Sade as it shares the same owner as Villa Naz, Erhan.

Villa Naz is a modern and spacious 5 bedroom villa- just the perfect choice for a family escape, two families travelling together or even a group of friends. The villa exudes contemporary architecture and boasts walls of glass which imbibe the surrounding seascape views and pool terraces providing a real sense of inside-outside living. The focal point and place to gather is the sea-facing swimming pool which takes centre stage at the rear of the villa. The surrounding terraces are dotted with double day beds and plenty of lounges for loafing and lazing. There is also an alfresco dining area and barbecue ideal for entertaining with your best people. Large floor to ceiling bi-fold doors open into the open plan living area which dominates the entire first floor. The inside space is light and airy and is home to the well- equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining table. There is also a voluptuous l-shaped sofa in a gorgeous charcoal grey- the cosiest spot to curl up with a good read or drink in the views.

A staircase leads up the second master double bedroom which is simply enormous. There is a large king size bed which takes centres stage and is sea-facing so you can wake up bay dreaming. There is plenty of wardrobe storage space which will benefit those who do not travel light. A bath tub with jacuzzi jets is located in one corner and there is also a separate walk in shower and W/C. Large glass doors frame the glorious views and open onto a furnished terrace.

A further staircase leads up to the master suite- which is- in our opinion the best in the house. Once again, the bedroom is a generous size, interiors are cool and minimal. Highlights include the elegant free-standing bath, good size en-suite and the star of the show is the super-chic roof terrace balcony which is just enormous. The outside space is the perfect place to enjoy the blood-orange Kalamar sunsets while sipping on a Tanqueray and tonic.

The remaining three bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor, two of which are double’s with en-suite and the fifth can be prepared as a double or twin, perfect for children sharing. While it doesn’t have an en-suite it benefits from the use of a bathroom with shower and W.C just footsteps across the hallway. Also on the ground floor is the games room, den. Outside a courtyard garden leads through to the sauna- complete with glorious sea views.
