Villa Korsan is a beautifully presented eight-bedroom villa in a quiet residential area of Kalamar Bay with stunning wide screen views over the bay of Kalkan. The villa is arranged over four floors and is fully air- conditioned throughout. The villa’s interiors showcase a neutral palette, elegantly accented with colourful cushions and soft furnishings. Each room is designed with comfort and functionality in mind, featuring plenty of storage and expansive windows that frame the spectacular Mediterranean vistas. Entrance/ Lower Ground Floor

As you ascend from the entrance gate, there is an indoor- outdoor covered games area, where snooker and table tennis can be enjoyed against the backdrop of panoramic sea views. Also on the lower ground floor are two twin bedrooms, each with en-suite shower rooms. These bedrooms are separate from the main house, making them ideal for independent guests but unsuitable for unaccompanied young children.

Ground Floor

A short flight of steps leads to a magnificent terrace, complete with plenty of day beds, parasols, shaded comfy seating areas, a new alfresco dining terrace, a stone barbecue, and a gorgeous sparkling turquoise swimming pool. Inside, the open-plan living area and fully equipped kitchen feature floor-to-ceiling glass doors, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor spaces and providing a wonderful focal point and place to gather. The ground floor also features a handy utility room, a guest WC with shower, and a spacious twin bedroom with an en-suite, which opens directly onto the pool terrace ideal for those who enjoy a pre-breakfast dip.

First Floor

The first floor features three beautifully appointed double bedrooms each with en-suite shower rooms and private balconies. One en-suite also features a bathtub for added indulgence. A smaller queen-size double bedroom is also located on this level, sharing the additional shower room on the ground floor.

Second Floor

The second floor boasts a stunning roof terrace with the finest sea views in the entire house. There is a raised Turkish-style seating area, perfect for lounging while gazing out to sea and enjoying a sundowner. A kitchenette adds convenience, and for the 2024 season, a new double bedroom with an en-suite and a dedicated roof terrace will enhance this floor further.

Outside

The villa’s expansive outdoor area is a haven for relaxation and socialising, centred around a large freshwater pool surrounded by a beautifully designed terrace. With an array of furnished spaces, you’ll find ample comfortable seating to unwind as well as plenty of day beds and parasols to provide relief from the midday sun. The stone barbecue is perfectly positioned adjacent to the shaded alfresco dining area. This outdoor space has been meticulously crafted to allow guests to entertain and socialise effortlessly.

If you have a late flight then it may be possible to extend your time at the villa (depending on when the next guests are arriving) alternatively we can arrange for you to have lunch/dinner at one of our hotels and use the facilities during the afternoon.

Please note that, as the villa is designed across multiple levels and features numerous staircases, it may not be the most suitable choice for guests with limited mobility. We recommend considering this when planning your stay to ensure a comfortable experience.
