Where to stay in Parga

Where you stay in Parga shapes how the whole trip comes together.

Our collection is deliberately small, with just three properties – each in a very different setting.

One sits just above the town, within easy reach of the centre.
Another is set back on the hillside among olive groves, offering more space and a quieter, more private feel, with a shuttle connecting you to Parga when you choose.
The third is right on Valtos Beach, where everything is close at hand and the day naturally revolves around the sea.

Each appeals to a different way of travelling – whether you prefer to be close to the town, slightly removed, or by the water.

All three are privately owned and family run, chosen not just for their setting but for the warmth and consistency of their hospitality – something our guests value just as much as the location itself. If you’re still getting to know the destination, you can explore our full guide to Parga holidays

Boutique hotels in Parga

Our approach

In Parga, our collection is intentionally small — a carefully curated mix of boutique hotels, suites and villas.

We focus on smaller, independently run properties — places with character, a strong sense of ownership, and settings that feel considered rather than incidental.

We’re drawn to hotels where the approach to hospitality mirrors our own — where guests are treated as individuals, and service feels personal rather than procedural.

In Parga, that naturally leads us to privately owned, family-run properties, where the experience is shaped as much by the people behind it as the setting itself.

It’s a more thoughtful way to travel, and very much what our guests come to us for.

As Holly Matthews, our Head of Product, explains:

“In Parga especially, it’s about finding those smaller, individual places that feel right — those are the ones our guests connect with.”
— Holly Matthews, Head of Product

Each property we offer has been personally selected, not just for how it looks, but for how it works as part of the overall stay — the setting, the atmosphere, and the experience it creates day to day.

Parga town or just beyond?

A subtle but important choice

Most stays in Parga fall into three distinct settings:

  • Above the town → elevated views, easy access, a sense of atmosphere
  • Hillside just beyond → more space, privacy, a slower pace
  • By the beach → everything close at hand, with the sea shaping the day

Each offers a different way to experience Parga, and the right choice depends on how you like to travel.

Staying near Parga town

For ease, views and atmosphere

For many of our guests, being within easy reach of Parga town works particularly well.

This is where evenings tend to centre themselves – along the harbour, with restaurants lining the waterfront and a sense of life that feels lively without ever becoming overwhelming.

You can step into it when you wish, and just as easily step away.

Irida  Hotel

A quietly elevated stay above Parga

Set just above the town, Irida Hotel occupies one of the most naturally privileged positions in the area.

Perched on the hillside, it looks out across the Venetian castle and the Ionian Sea beyond, with views stretching as far as Paxos and Antipaxos.

Despite its elevated setting, Parga is only a short walk away — creating an easy balance between privacy and proximity.

Irida is privately owned and run by Chris, whose warm, attentive approach shapes the feel of the stay in a way that regular guests return for.

“Irida has a lovely sense of balance to it. You feel slightly removed, with those incredible views, but you’re still just moments from the town. It’s one of those places that feels easy from the start, and consistently delivers throughout the stay.”
— Holly Matthews, Head of Product

With just seventeen suites, each with its own individual character and private terrace or balcony, it’s worth choosing carefully — something we’re always happy to guide you through.

Staying just outside Parga

For space, privacy and a slower pace

Set just beyond the centre, this location offers a greater sense of space and a quieter, more settled feel, away from the immediate bustle of the town.

A complimentary shuttle makes it easy to dip into Parga whenever you choose, giving you the best of both — a more relaxed setting, with the town always within easy reach.

Apolis Villas & Suites

A more private hillside retreat overlooking Valtos

Set on a peaceful hillside just beyond Parga, Apolis Villas & Suites offers a more spacious and self-contained way to experience the area.

Surrounded by olive groves and overlooking Valtos Beach and the Ionian Sea, the setting feels calm and quietly removed, with a greater sense of space from the outset.

The collection is small and well considered, with suites and a limited number of villas with private pools, all positioned to make the most of the views.

“What I like about Apolis is the sense of space it gives you. It feels more private, more settled, and works beautifully for guests who want to slow things down a little without losing the connection to Parga.”
— Holly Matthews, Head of Product

A complimentary shuttle makes it easy to dip into Parga when you choose, while the overall experience remains more relaxed and self-contained.

Staying by the beach

For a more relaxed, easy-going stay

Days are spent by the beach, with everything within easy reach — simple, unstructured, and centred around the sea.

Alboro Seaside Suites

A relaxed beachfront stay on Valtos

Set just behind the shoreline on Valtos Beach, Alboro Seaside Suites offers a more immediate way to experience Parga.

Small and intimate, with just a handful of suites, the atmosphere is informal and quietly sociable, with the beach just moments away.

Alboro is family run and owned by Gregory, whose warm, hands-on approach creates the kind of easy, welcoming environment that guests return to year after year.

“Alboro feels very natural and unforced. It’s right by the beach, everything is within easy reach, and there’s a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that makes it very easy to settle into.”
— Holly Matthews, Head of Product

Days naturally centre around the beach and pool, while evenings can be spent at the hotel or walking into Parga along the coastline.

Our approach to hotels in Parga

Curated, not collected

Our collection in Parga is deliberately small.

Rather than offering a wide range, we focus on a select number of boutique hotels, suites and villas that we know will work for our guests — each one chosen for its setting, its character, and the experience it delivers.

Every property has been:

  • Personally visited
  • Carefully selected
  • Chosen for how it shapes the overall stay

A more tailored way to stay

No two holidays we create are ever quite the same.

Rather than asking you to choose from a list, we shape each stay individually — guided by how you like to travel, the pace you’re looking for, and the setting that will suit you best.
