On shore, picturesque Parga has distinctive architecture beautifully painted in aesthetically pleasing pastel colours, the houses cascade down the vertiginous verdant hillside which is peppered with ancestral olive groves.

Together they have created a sophisticated yet laid back coastal retreat. Guests are taken care of from the moment they arrive and all the small touches and details have been carefully created to provide a second to none guest experience. From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed with a refreshing aperitive or homemade traditional sweet pastry.

Designed and operated with love, each of the seventeen unique suites affords magnificent sea views and the luxury of either a private terrace or balcony. Breakfast is now served in the elegant restaurant area at pool level, adjacent to the bar — a wonderful setting to begin the day. Each suite tells its own Mediterranean odyssey, with a distinct personality and style that reflects the charm of its surroundings.

The large infinity edged freshwater pool is surrounded by voluptuous grey day beds and parasols. The pool deck very much takes centre stage and is a place to linger and rejuvenate under blissful Greek skies. Tastefully designed with a clean and minimalist feel while having glorious views to sea. It’s easy to be lulled to sleep by the sea breeze and gentle, fragrant waft of Oleander.

The Four Elements Bar, Lounge and Restaurant is a magical concept perched in a dramatic setting. This soothing spot is the perfect place to drink in the mesmerising Ionian views.  The hotel has a superb restaurant which serves a delicious choice of dishes for lunch and dinner. Should you wish to frequent the local village and explore the Parga dining scene the team will be pleased to make recommendations for dinner and make reservations on your behalf. The centre of Parga is just a short stroll downhill from the hotel.

Should you bring yourself to leave this tranquil sanctuary, the delights of picturesque Parga are just moments away downhill. Sea swimming opportunities are plentiful with Ai Giannakis Beach, Piso Krioneri and Valtos all within short walking distance. Culture seekers will love a trek up to the venetian castle and sea worshippers will enjoy day trips to Paxos or the opportunity to hire their own speed boat and visit remote coves and bays. Parga springs to life early evening when the myriad of cafes and bars spill out onto the harbour wall. It is hard to think of a more special place to soak up the Ionian scene. Tavernas are plentiful and each offering different local specialities and a unique dining experience.

Please note that due to the steep hillside location and many steps, this property is not suitable for guests with mobility issues. Due to each suite only occupying a maximum number of two guests per suite this property has an intimate adult only ambience. However Irida do welcome families as long as each suite is not occupied by more than two guests.
