About the Villa

Villa Nana is one of three striking Avicenna Villas – an elegant collection set on Kalkan’s near side, each with panoramic sea views, sleek modern architecture, and interiors dotted with contemporary art and subtle Turkish touches.

Entirely open plan, the villa’s airy living space features a modern kitchen, breakfast bar, and sitting area, all oriented towards the sea. The master suite boasts a king-size bed, freestanding bath, and monsoon shower, with dazzling views that make every morning a moment to savour.

Outside, a private infinity pool takes centre stage on the sea-facing terrace, surrounded by flowering borders and chic loungers. As evening draws in, it’s the perfect setting for cocktails and golden sunsets over the bay.

Location

Villa Nana enjoys a prime position, just a short stroll from Zest and Palm Beach Club, and a scenic ten-minute walk along the coastal path to Kalkan harbour. With its combination of privacy and proximity, you can dip in and out of Kalkan’s vibrant scene as much or as little as you please.

Good to Know

Pool heating is available at a supplement (£270 per week, with two days’ notice) – a welcome addition for early or late-season stays.
