Villa Ayala is a 5 bedroom villa located in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan with panoramic sea views that look out over Snake and Mouse Islands. The villa has a spacious outdoor area complete with a private infinity pool and garden, which makes it suitable for larger family or friend groups.
Villa Ayala benefits from four indoor Jacuzzi baths, a Turkish Hammam, table tennis and table football.

Villa Ayala Details
Ground floor:
Villa Ayala has a modern open plan living area which consists of a lounge, dining area and kitchen. The lounge features a large corner sofa with integrated speakers, an arm chair, a fireplace, a coffee table and a large LCD TV.
The well-equipped kitchen consists of an American fridge/freezer, a built in microwave and oven, a dishwasher, washing machine and additional items for self-catering. Guests will also find the dining table in this area which seats 6 guests.
There is also a separate W/C on this floor and large floor to ceiling glass doors which lead guests through to the sea view terrace.
First floor:
Bedroom 1 – A double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, large wardrobe, a dresser/vanity table, a television, a Jacuzzi bath within the room and floor to ceiling doors which open up to a furnished balcony.
Bedroom 2 – A double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, large wardrobe with full size mirror, dresser/vanity table, a television, a Jacuzzi bath within the room and large doors which lead out to a furnished balcony.
Second floor:
Bedroom 3 – A double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a Jacuzzi bath, a large wardrobe, dresser/vanity table, television and a balcony which is accessible though large glass doors.
Bedroom 4 – A double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a wardrobe, a Jacuzzi bath, a dresser/vanity table, a television and a balcony which is accessible though large glass doors.
Third floor:
Bedroom 5 – A twin bedroom (two single beds) with en-suite bathroom, a wardrobe, dresser, TV and glass doors which lead guests to the roof terrace that is furnished with sofas and sun loungers and offers fantastic sea views.
Outdoor area:
Steps lead guests up from ground level to the swimming pool terrace where there are plenty of areas for relaxing. Sun loungers and parasols surround the large infinity pool where guests can swim and take in the fantastic views of the bay. There is also a comfortable seating area, an alfresco dining table area, a BBQ and table football.
The garden areas of this villa are a pleasant addition, with a grassy area in front of the swimming pool and to both sides of the property along with mature plants and flowers.

Prices below are for the villa for a week for up to 10 guests and include:
A welcome hamper, a beach pestemel towel for each guest to keep, the services of our Discerning Collection hosts locally and we’ve also included a complimentary 3GB eSIM for the lead guest—so you can get connected as soon as you arrive. Further ancillary services to enhance your stay are available to purchase.

The above prices are for this villa, based on an occupancy of up to 10 guests for 7 nights and includes:

Arrival day is normally Saturday, Sunday or Monday for a 7 or 14 night duration, however, other arrival dates and odd durations may be possible. Please just call our friendly team on 01784 817720 or drop us a quick email, [email protected]
Flights –Please do get in touch if you would like us to source your flights, we can do all the hard work in sourcing and booking them. We do charge a small admin fee of £10 per person for doing this on your behalf .
The benefit of us booking your flights means that you are completely covered for all the services booked within the holiday package under our ATOL licence which means you have complete peace of mind. We will then check you in and send you all the necessary documents, you have nothing to do, except pack and look forward to your holiday!
Payments: To book we require a deposit of 30% with the balance due at least 10 weeks prior to arrival. To book a package including flights we will require the villa deposit of 30% plus any payment we make on your behalf for the flying costs. By sending us the deposit you agree to our terms and conditions. Unlike other operators we do not take a security/damage deposit unless the owner specifically requires it. However, should there be any accidental damage please advise our staff in resort prior to your departure. We do have the right to charge for any damage incurred and this will be applied prior to your departure from the villa.

Damages Deposit
You must ensure that the property is securely locked when not occupied during the holiday let. You must replace any breakages, damage or losses, and/or reimburse the property owner for such breakages, damage or losses as stipulated by the property owner or key holder. A £200 damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival to the maintenance company. Please report any damage to fixtures and fittings on arrival (within 24 hours). Assuming no damages this will be returned on departure.

To make your stay even smoother, we’ve included a complimentary 3GB eSIM for the lead guest—so you can get connected from the moment you land. Whether you’d like to reach out to our local team, let loved ones know you’ve arrived safely, or access maps and recommendations on the go, this thoughtful addition is there to make your stay even more seamless. You’ll also have the option to top up if needed, with simple pay-as-you-go data plans available thereafter.
Arrival at Villa
A member of the villa management team will meet you at the villa with the keys and show you around. All guests have to be registered on arrival, a member of our team will need to take these from you on arrival but will do this as quickly as possible.
Welcome Hamper
A basic hamper will be provided on arrival to get you started.
Hosts in Resort
A member of our overseas team will arrange to visit you the day after your arrival and will be on hand during your stay should you need them. We will send you their contact details just before you depart so you can contact them via WhatsAPP if you need to before they visit you.
Standard Cleaning
The villa will be cleaned on arrival and fresh linen and bathroom towels provided. The villas then normally have a mid holiday clean (if staying for 14 days), but not for 7 days holidays.
There is no daily cleaning, if you would like a full housekeeping service then please contact us and we can advise of additional costs.
Pool Towels
These will be provided for you, in addition all Discerning Collection guests will receive a complimentary Turkish towel (pestemal).
Pool Cleaning and Maintenance
The pool will be cleaned during your stay, normally the cleaning staff come early in the morning so don’t be alarmed to see someone in the gardens at the crack of dawn! If you have any queries with respect to the pool or garden maintenance during your stay please contact one of our team (you will be given all these numbers on arrival).
Shopping
We can arrange for any shopping to be in your villa on arrival and is payable locally. Please send us a list of what you would like and we will arrange our local supermarket to deliver this to your villa. During your stay it is also possible to arrange deliveries to your villa.
Children
Cots, highchairs and car seats for car hire and transfers can also be arranged, as well as baby bundles, please contact us for more information. Please note that we require you to pack your own linen for the cots.
Car Hire
As car hire is not included in the price of your holiday, and you would like to rent one for any part of your stay, we are happy to pre-book this for you.
In Villa Catering
While each of our villas features a fully equipped kitchen, we know that not everyone comes to Kalkan to cook. Whether you’re in the mood for a relaxed barbecue, a freshly prepared lunch, or an elegant evening meal with a private chef — you won’t have to lift a finger if you’d rather not.
We can help you arrange everything from arrival fridge-fillers to full in-villa catering, with delicious dishes created just for you. Menus and ideas are available on request, and we’ll be delighted to connect you with the experts who will curate something truly memorable.

Transfers
There are so many villas now and so many transfer companies, it can be confusing! If you book your transfers with us then we will ensure all our staff know the exact location of your villa and you also have the advantage that our staff in resort will be able to help with any queries in relation to your transfer.

For a relaxing day by the sea, whether you simply want to soak up the rays, try your hand at some water sports, or stop by for lunch, we highly recommend a day at the Yali Beach Club.
Check in/Check out
These timings are shown on each villa page as they may vary. If you have a late flight then we can arrange for you to have lunch and use the facilities at one of our hotels. This can be discussed with you at the time of booking.
