Villa Swan is a stylish and contemporary 3 bedroom villa boasting magnificent sea views from all angles. This is an ideal choice for a larger family or group of friends, as next door, is the identical Villa Flamingo, between both the villas, 12 guests can have a supremely comfortable, and luxurious villa holiday.
You enter this modern villa on the 1st floor and will be immediately impressed by the mezzanine area which overlooks the ground floor, a beautiful open-plan lounge and dining area. On the 1st floor, you will find the twin bedroom with balcony and splendid views over the deep blue Mediterranean.
On the 2nd floor is the master bedroom, with double bed, spacious dressing area and a large balcony complete with a hot tub, a sublime place to relax with your loved one and watch the sun go down before venturing to Kalkan to one of the many fabulous restaurants waiting to be sampled. There is also another smaller double room on this floor, again with a balcony and breath-taking sea views. Steps lead up to the lovely roof terrace, where unsurprisingly, the views are simply stunning.
The state-of-the-art kitchen is equipped with everything you could wish for, including a rather handy water dispenser to cool you down on a hot summers day, the kitchen leads through to the lounge and dining area where floor to ceiling doors lead out on to the beautiful terrace and pool area with plenty of sun loungers, a shaded seating area, dining area with barbecue and large infinity pool with Jacuzzi section.
This is a truly lovely addition to our portfolio of classy villas in Kalkan, and although it is tempting to simply laze around with friends and family at home, Villa Swan is only a 15 minute stroll down into the heart of vibrant Kalkan, with its array of superb restaurants, bars and shops.

On the ground floor is a contemporary open-plan well-equipped kitchen, lounge with flat-screen TV, DVD and CD player, and dining area leading out on to the spacious terrace where there is a shaded dining area, and a long swimming pool (10 x 3.5m), with Jacuzzi section.
The whole villa is air-conditioned and has complimentary WiFi access.

Prices below are for Villa Swan for up to 6 guests, per week and include:
A welcome hamper, a beach pestemel towel for each guest to keep, the services of our Discerning Collection hosts locally and we’ve also included a complimentary 3GB eSIM for the lead passenger—so you can get connected as soon as you arrive. Further ancillary services to enhance your stay are available to purchase.

The above prices are for this villa based on an occupancy up to 6 guests and for 7 nights and include:

Arrival dates are normally Saturday, Sunday or Monday for a 7 or 14 night duration, however, other arrival dates and odd durations may be possible. Please just call our friendly team on 01784 817720 or drop us a quick email, [email protected]
Flights –Please do get in touch if you would like us to source your flights, we can do all the hardwork in sourcing and booking them. We do charge a small admin fee of £10 per person for doing this on your behalf .
The benefit of us booking your flights means that you are completely covered for all the services booked within the holiday package under our ATOL licence which means you have complete peace of mind. We will then check you in and send you all the necessary documents, you have nothing to do, except pack and look forward to your holiday!
Payments: To book a villa only we require a deposit of 30% with the balance due at least 10 weeks prior to arrival. To book a package including flights we will require the villa deposit of 30% plus any payment we make on your behalf for the flying costs. By sending us the deposit you agree to our terms and conditions. Unlike other operators we do not take a security/damage deposit unless the owner specifically requires it. However, should there be any accidental damage please advise our staff in resort prior to your departure. We do have the right to charge for any damage incurred and this will be applied prior to your departure from the villa.

Arrival at Villa
A member of the villa management team will meet you at the villa with the keys and show you around. All guests have to be registered on arrival, a member of our team will need to take these from you on arrival but will do this as quickly as possible.
Stay Connected- Complimentary eSIM
To make your stay even smoother, we’ve included a complimentary 3GB eSIM for the lead passenger—so you can get connected from the moment you land. Whether you’d like to reach out to our local team, let loved ones know you’ve arrived safely, or access maps and recommendations on the go, this thoughtful addition is there to make your stay even more seamless. You’ll also have the option to top up if needed, with simple pay-as-you-go data plans available thereafter.
Welcome Hamper
A basic hamper will be provided on arrival to get you started.
Hosts in Resort
A member of our overseas team will arrange to visit you the day after your arrival and will be on hand during your stay should you need them. We will send you their contact details just before you depart so you can contact them via WhatsAPP if you need to before they visit you.
Standard Cleaning
The villa will be cleaned on arrival and fresh linen and bathroom towels provided. The villas then normally have a mid holiday clean (if staying for 14 days), but not for 7 days holidays.
There is no daily cleaning, if you would like a full housekeeping service then please contact us and we can advise of additional costs.
Pool Towels
These will be provided for you, in addition all Discerning Collection guests will receive a complimentary Turkish towel (pestemal).
Pool Cleaning and Maintenance
The pool will be cleaned during your stay, normally the cleaning staff come early in the morning so don’t be alarmed to see someone in the gardens at the crack of dawn! If you have any queries with respect to the pool or garden maintenance during your stay please contact one of our team (you will be given all these numbers on arrival).
Shopping
We can arrange for any shopping to be in your villa on arrival and is payable locally. Please send us a list of what you would like and we will arrange our local supermarket to deliver this to your villa. During your stay it is also possible to arrange deliveries to your villa.
Children
Cots, highchairs and car seats for car hire and transfers can also be arranged, as well as baby bundles, please contact us for more information. Please note that we require you to pack your own linen for the cots.
Car Hire
As car hire is not included in the price of your holiday, and you would like to rent one for any part of your stay, we are happy to pre-book this for you.
In Villa Catering
If you would like to simply relax and enjoy a delicious meal one evening or lunchtime, without preparing it yourself, we are happy to arrange for a chef to come to the villa and prepare a meal, or perhaps a barbecue for you. We are able to email through menus and ideas.
Trips
We can arrange a variety of trips and excursions which can be pre-booked in advance or locally with your Discerning Collection Host, these are all payable locally.
Transfers
There are so many villas now and so many transfer companies, it can be confusing! If you book your transfers with us then we will ensure all our staff know the exact location of your villa and you also have the advantage that our staff in resort will be able to help with any queries in relation to your transfer.
Yali Beach Club
For a relaxing day by the sea, whether you simply want to soak up the rays, try your hand at some water sports, or stop by for lunch, we highly recommend a day at the Yali Beach Club.

These timings are shown on each villa page as they may vary. If you have a late flight then we can arrange for you to have lunch and use the facilities at one of our hotels. This can be discussed with you at the time of booking.

Welcome Hamper
A basic hamper will be provided on arrival to get you started which includes, fresh bread, cheese, tomatoes, butter, milk, eggs, water, a bottle of wine, some sachets of tea and coffee, some washing up liquid and dishwasher tabs.

These will be provided for you, in addition all Discerning Collection guests will receive a complimentary Turkish towel (pestemal).
