Interiors

Inside, the villa is bright and airy, with fully air-conditioned interiors that blend modern design with a relaxed coastal feel. The entrance opens onto a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and dining area, with a vaulted wooden ceiling lending warmth and character to the adjoining lounge.

A wooden staircase rises to the first floor, where you’ll find the master double bedroom and a second bedroom that can be arranged as a double or twin, separated by a family-sized bathroom.

Outdoor Living

From the ground-floor terrace, further steps lead down to the private pool terrace, equipped with comfortable sunbeds and shaded corners for reading or afternoon naps. A built-in barbecue and al fresco dining area make this an idyllic setting for sunset suppers overlooking the Bay of Assos and towards Myrtos Beach.

At the edge of the garden, steep steps descend to the seafront, where a small rock swimming platform offers direct access to the crystal-clear water. From here, confident swimmers can reach a small, secluded beach around 200 m away – usually only accessible by boat.

Please note that as these villas are staggered on a hillside, they are not suitable for those with walking difficulties.

Please note that the balcony structures around the villas are of a horizontal design and therefore not suitable for young children. We recommend that families take this into consideration before confirming a reservation.

NB. NEW: Accommodation Tax and  Climate Resilience Tax, effective from 02/01/2025. (The fee is 15 euros per night payable directly to villa maintenance on arrival). Braunis Horio reserves the right to not accommodate guests who refuse to pay the CR tax.
