Contemporary luxury in a great location with unlimited sea views
Villa Aurora is an utterly splendid 5 bedroom luxury villa in Kalkan, with floor to ceiling windows throughout, this villa is flooded with light and has truly remarkable views from all rooms over Kalkan town and out to sea. The terrace is also spectacular, with a particularly large infinity pool, complete with Jacuzzi section and separate children’s pool, this is an idyllic place to relax and enjoy the breath-taking views.
Villa Aurora is located in Ortalan, just above Kalkan and just 20 mins stroll down into the old town with its excellent selection of charming restaurants and shops. Although not essential, we do recommend hiring a car at this villa, not only for practical reasons like shopping, but also to enable to you access the stunning beaches of Patara and Kaputas bay with ease.
If you are looking for a large, modern villa with state-of-the-art appliances and furnishings, Villa Aurora is a superb choice, offering ample space for up to 10 guests, supreme comfort and utterly breathtaking views.

Villa Aurora is a spacious, luxury villa, with air-conditioning and WiFi throughout:
Ground Floor
Large open-plan kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and breakfast bar, this leads through to the comfortable lounge and dining area with ample seating for 10 guests. There is also an extra WC on the ground floor.
Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with rain shower, door leading out to terrace and swimming pool.
First Floor
Twin and double rooms, both with en-suite bathroom with rain shower, these rooms share a furnished balcony and have lovely sea views.
Master double room with Jacuzzi bathtub, with en-suite bathroom with rain shower, and private balcony with sea views.
Second Floor
Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with rain shower, door leading out to terrace and swimming pool, this room has a private roof terrace with Jacuzzi bathtub and lovely sea and mountain views
Outside
Through the huge glass doors in the living room is the stunning terrace, with 10 wooden sunbeds and 3 parasols around the infinity pool.

The above prices are for this villa based on an occupancy up to 10 guests and for 7 nights and include:

Arrival dates are normally Saturday, Sunday or Monday for a 7 or 14 night duration, however, other arrival dates and odd durations may be possible. Please just call our friendly team on 01784 817720 or drop us a quick email, [email protected]
Flights –Please do get in touch if you would like us to source your flights, we can do all the hardwork in sourcing and booking them. We do charge a small admin fee of £10 per person for doing this on your behalf .
The benefit of us booking your flights means that you are completely covered for all the services booked within the holiday package under our ATOL licence which means you have complete peace of mind. We will then check you in and send you all the necessary documents, you have nothing to do, except pack and look forward to your holiday!
Payments: To book a villa only we require a deposit of 30% with the balance due at least 10 weeks prior to arrival. To book a package including flights we will require the villa deposit of 30% plus any payment we make on your behalf for the flying costs. By sending us the deposit you agree to our terms and conditions. Unlike other operators we do not take a security/damage deposit unless the owner specifically requires it. However, should there be any accidental damage please advise our staff in resort prior to your departure. We do have the right to charge for any damage incurred and this will be applied prior to your departure from the villa.

Useful Information
Damages Deposit
You must ensure that the property is securely locked when not occupied during the holiday let. You must replace any breakages, damage or losses, and/or reimburse the property owner for such breakages, damage or losses as stipulated by the property owner or key holder. A £300 damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival to the maintenance company. Please report any damage to fixtures and fittings on arrival (within 24 hours). Assuming no damages this will be returned on departure.
Stay Connected- Complimentary eSIM
To make your stay even smoother, we’ve included a complimentary 3GB eSIM for the lead passenger—so you can get connected from the moment you land. Whether you’d like to reach out to our local team, let loved ones know you’ve arrived safely, or access maps and recommendations on the go, this thoughtful addition is there to make your stay even more seamless. You’ll also have the option to top up if needed, with simple pay-as-you-go data plans available thereafter.
Arrival at Villa
A member of the villa management team will meet you at the villa with the keys and show you around. All guests have to be registered on arrival, a member of our team will need to take these from you on arrival but will do this as quickly as possible.
Welcome Hamper
A basic hamper will be provided on arrival to get you started.
Hosts in Resort
A member of our overseas team will arrange to visit you the day after your arrival and will be on hand during your stay should you need them. We will send you their contact details just before you depart so you can contact them via WhatsAPP if you need to before they visit you.
Standard Cleaning
The villa will be cleaned on arrival and fresh linen and bathroom towels provided. The villas then normally have a mid holiday clean (if staying for 14 days), but not for 7 days holidays.
There is no daily cleaning, if you would like a full housekeeping service then please contact us and we can advise of additional costs.
Pool Towels
These will be provided for you, in addition all Discerning Collection guests will receive a complimentary Turkish towel (pestemal).
Pool Cleaning and Maintenance
The pool will be cleaned during your stay, normally the cleaning staff come early in the morning so don’t be alarmed to see someone in the gardens at the crack of dawn! If you have any queries with respect to the pool or garden maintenance during your stay please contact one of our team (you will be given all these numbers on arrival).
Shopping
We can arrange for any shopping to be in your villa on arrival and is payable locally. Please send us a list of what you would like and we will arrange our local supermarket to deliver this to your villa. During your stay it is also possible to arrange deliveries to your villa.
Children
Cots, highchairs and car seats for car hire and transfers can also be arranged, as well as baby bundles, please contact us for more information. Please note that we require you to pack your own linen for the cots.
Car Hire
As car hire is not included in the price of your holiday, and you would like to rent one for any part of your stay, we are happy to pre-book this for you.
In Villa Catering
If you would like to simply relax and enjoy a delicious meal one evening or lunchtime, without preparing it yourself, we are happy to arrange for a chef to come to the villa and prepare a meal, or perhaps a barbecue for you. We are able to email through menus and ideas.
Trips
We can arrange a variety of trips and excursions which can be pre-booked in advance or locally with your Discerning Collection Host, these are all payable locally.
Transfers
There are so many villas now and so many transfer companies, it can be confusing! If you book your transfers with us then we will ensure all our staff know the exact location of your villa and you also have the advantage that our staff in resort will be able to help with any queries in relation to your transfer.

For a relaxing day by the sea, whether you simply want to soak up the rays, try your hand at some water sports, or stop by for lunch, we highly recommend a day at the Yali Beach Club.
