Sarlata Villas, Elina and neighbouring Alexandra are a superb choice for a villa holiday, and for larger groups, both villas can be booked together, ideal for 2 families wishing to holiday together, yet still enjoying the privacy of their own luxury villa.

Villa Elina is a charming 3 bedroom villa with private pool close to the small village of Svoronata, and many beautiful sandy beaches the South of Kefalonia has to offer. With expansive grounds of around 1,000sqm, with its manicured lawned garden, spacious terrace and large, inviting swimming pool complete with Jacuzzi section, there is plenty of space for the kids to mess about in the summer sun!

There are 2 doubles bedrooms and 1 twin bedded room and 3 bathrooms in Villa Elina, and a fully-equipped kitchen, lounge and dining room, and outside is the shaded dining area with built-in brick barbecue, perfect for preparing delicious meals to enjoy al fresco with family and friends.

We can include car hire with Sarlata villas to enable guests to easily pop out to the shops, tavernas and beaches in and around Svoronata, and also to explore further afield, perhaps in to the capital, Argostoli for the day or venture north, to the famous and most photographed beach on the island, Myrtos, and the picturesque harbour town of Fiscardo.

Villa Elina is a lovely 3 bedroom, stylish villa with beautiful countryside and sea views.

Lower Ground Floor: There is a twin bedroom (can be made as double) on the lower ground floor with en-suite shower room and steps leading up to the terrace and pool.

Ground Floor: Fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and comfy lounge with Satellite TV, CD player, DVD player, and Ipod docking station. French windows lead out to the terrace, pool and garden. There is also a bathroom with shower and WC.

First Floor: 2 double bedrooms (1 can be made as twin), and furnished balconies with beautiful views, these bedrooms share a master bathroom

Terrace: Shaded dining area, plenty of comfy sun loungers and umbrellas and a built-in brick barbecue. The swimming pool is 10m x 5.5m, 0.6m-1.8m depth. The Jacuzzi is 2.95m x 1.65m, deep accessed by wide steps. There is a lovely Jacuzzi at the edge of the swimming pool.

The above prices are for this villa based on an occupancy up to 10 guests and for 7 nights and include:

Flights –Please do get in touch if you would like us to source your flights, we can do all the hard work in sourcing and booking them. We do charge a small admin fee of £10 per person for doing this on your behalf which then means you are covered by our ATOL licence.

Payments: To book a villa only we require a deposit of 15% with the balance due at least 8 weeks prior to arrival. To book a package including flights we will require the villa deposit of 15% plus any payment we make on your behalf for the flying costs. By sending us the deposit you agree to our terms and conditions. Unlike other operators we do not take a security/damage deposit unless the owner specifically requires it. However, should there be any accidental damage please advise our staff in resort prior to your departure. We do have the right to charge for any damage incurred and this will be applied prior to your departure from the villa.

If there is anything you particularly require to be in the villa on arrival, please just let us know before you depart and we will endeavour to arrange this for you and this can be settled locally.

Children
Cots, highchairs, stair gates and car seats for car hire and transfers can also be arranged, please contact us for more information. Please note that we require you to pack your own linen for the cots.

Towels
Bath and pool/beach towels are provided for your stay.

Cleaning
The villa is lightly cleaned daily and linen is changed twice per week. The swimming pool is also cleaned regularly. If you require a more thorough clean during your stay, please let us know.

Car hire
Car hire is highly recommended at this villa.

Chef
If you would like to simply relax and enjoy a delicious meal one evening without preparing it yourself, we are happy to arrange for a chef to come to the villa and prepare a meal, or perhaps a barbecue for you.

Wine Tasting
If you would like to sample some delicious local Kefalonian wines, we can arrange a wine tasting experience at the villa for you.

Massage and Beauty Treatments
Massage and beauty treatments can be arranged at the villa on request.

Check in and Check out
Check in time is 12pm and check out is 10am, if you are departing on a late flight, we can try and arrange for you to stay at the villa for longer, however, this is subject to availability and dependent on whether there are other guests arriving on your departure day.
