Located just moments from Kalkan, along a leafy lane shared by sister property The Likya Gardens, The hotel is managed by an excellent local team who consistently deliver discerningly high levels of service to select guests.
Cool architecture combining local wood and stone is offset by stunning secret gardens hidden between alleys and hedgerows in the most idyllic seafront setting. It feels like being on top of a plateau and ensures far reaching seascapes over the Bay of Kalkan. The Likya Pavilion exudes laid-back, beach chic vibes with leafy gardens offset by bright pink bougainvillea – the stylish suites are virtually hidden within the grounds providing a wonderfully secluded space to rejuvenate under brilliantly blue skies.
Each of the 10 suites has exceptional private space, inside and out with a balcony, freshwater pool private terrace and access to the Likya Beach Club (Located at the Likya Gardens Hotel). Guests can luxuriate in the ample space and comfort while admiring the stunning sea vistas.
The hotel comprises of 4 spacious Pavilion Private Pool Houses and 6 Private Loft Pool Suites, each with their very own pool to enjoy a revitalizing dip in the heat of the Turkish summer sun. The Pavilion houses each have a king-sized canopied bed on the mezzanine level, and downstairs the lounge area features floor to ceiling windows that open out onto the vast sea-facing terrace where your infinity pool awaits, with wide-screen bay views.
The Private Loft Pool Suites are located just above the Pavilion Pool Houses and similarly are also duplex in design, with the bedroom upstairs and the sitting room below, although a little smaller than the Pavilion houses, each has a private infinity pool with sunbeds on the terrace. The Loft Suites are semi-detached, but still retain privacy due to the dividing walls that separate them, views from the lower areas of some of the suites are garden facing, but you only need to pop upstairs to your balcony to take in the full panoramic bay views.
On entrance to the hotel, guests are greeted in a bright open-plan area, where there is a secluded restaurant and well-stocked bar. The minimalist décor consists of varnished neutral panels, with stone walls and a thatched Thai-style roof. It is the ideal place to kick back with freshly-ground coffee and a good read, or to enjoy a cocktail as the sun slinks into the sea. The restaurant is directly opposite with an ornamental pool running through the centre. The complimentary, private beach club – shared only with like-minded guests from The Likya Gardens– is a leisurely 5-minute stroll down the road. Here, steps lead down from the Waterfront Terrace and restaurant to the seafront below. There is direct access to the sea with loungers, parasols and diving platforms at intervals. There is a waiter and towel service to the beach club and a restaurant serving a range of healthy, light snacks, freshly squeezed juices of the season and cooling beverages available to purchase.
Likya Pavilion is conveniently located only 5 minutes on foot from Kalkan’s abundance of seriously elegant restaurants and numerous beach clubs that ring the bay- so it is easy to dip in and out of the action as and when you like. Additionally, the Likya Residence and Asfiya Sea View Hotels both have fantastic restaurants and are well known as two of the best places to eat in Kalkan and are only a short stroll from the Pavilion.
