On entrance to the hotel, guests are greeted in a bright open-plan area, where there is a secluded restaurant and well-stocked bar. The minimalist décor consists of varnished neutral panels, with stone walls and a thatched Thai-style roof. It is the ideal place to kick back with freshly-ground coffee and a good read, or to enjoy a cocktail as the sun slinks into the sea. The restaurant is directly opposite with a swimming pool running through the centre.
The complimentary, private beach club – shared only with like-minded guests from The Likya Gardens– is a leisurely 5-minute stroll down the road. Here, steps lead down from the Waterfront Terrace and restaurant to the seafront below. There is direct access to the sea with loungers, parasols and diving platforms at intervals.
