The Likya Pavilion is a design led boutique hotel with an unrivalled location overlooking the sea on the western shore of Kalkan Bay. It stands apart thanks to its inordinate sense of space and fragrant gardens, while each of the 10 suites with private pools feels far more akin to a private villa than a traditional hotel room. It is ideal for couples seeking the privacy of villa-style accommodation ( without the temptation to cook as the suites are not equipped with kitchens) combined with the benefit of breakfast being served overlooking the bay.
Located just moments from Kalkan along a leafy lane shared by sister property The Likya Gardens, the hotel is managed by an excellent local team who consistently deliver warm and discerningly high levels of service.
Cool architecture combining local wood and stone is offset by stunning secret gardens hidden between winding alleys and fragrant hedgerows in the most idyllic seafront setting. The hotel feels almost suspended above the bay itself, creating glorious widescreen seascapes across Kalkan Bay. Likya Pavilion exudes laid-back beach-chic atmosphere, where bright pink bougainvillea, olive trees and palms frame wonderfully private suites hidden discreetly throughout the gardens.
Each of the 10 suites offers exceptional private space both inside and out, with balconies, freshwater infinity pools, private terraces and complimentary access to the Likya Gardens Beach Club located nearby at the sister hotel. Guests can luxuriate in the sense of space and tranquillity whilst admiring the far-reaching Mediterranean views.
The hotel comprises 4 spacious Pavilion Pool Houses and 6 Loft Pool Suites, each with its own private pool ideal for cooling dips beneath brilliantly blue Turkish skies. The Pavilion Pool Houses feature king-sized canopied beds positioned upon mezzanine levels, whilst downstairs living areas open directly onto expansive sea-facing terraces where infinity pools overlook the bay beyond.
The Loft Pool Suites are positioned slightly above the Pavilion Pool Houses and are similarly duplex in design, with bedrooms upstairs and sitting rooms below. While slightly smaller in size, they remain wonderfully stylish and private, each featuring its own infinity pool and terrace. Some lower-level views are garden facing, however upstairs balconies enjoy sweeping panoramic sea views across the bay.
On entering the hotel, guests are welcomed into a bright open-plan lounge and garden area where Romm Cafe now operates throughout the day. This stylish Turkish cafe concept offers coffees, teas, pastries, croissants, sandwiches and desserts in a wonderfully relaxed setting, ideal for lighter lunches and daytime refreshments between poolside lounging and beach club visits.
Likya Pavilion remains exceptionally well positioned for guests who enjoy exploring Kalkan’s renowned dining scene. The harbour, beach clubs and abundance of seriously elegant restaurants are all within easy walking distance, allowing guests to dip effortlessly in and out of town life as and when they choose.
Additionally, both Asfiya Sea View Hotel and Likya Residence — long regarded as two of Kalkan’s most popular dining spots — are located just moments away. Guests staying at Likya Pavilion can also enjoy a 10% discount when dining at Asfiya Sea View Hotel of an evening, with the reduction applicable to both food and beverages ordered as part of dinner service throughout their stay.
The complimentary private beach club — shared exclusively with guests from The Likya Gardens — remains one of the hotel’s standout features and is located just a leisurely five-minute stroll away. Here, steps descend towards stylish waterfront decking with direct sea access, waiter service, loungers, parasols and a relaxed restaurant and bar serving light dishes, fresh juices and cooling drinks throughout the day until early evening.
