For Summer 2026, the Asfiya Sea View Hotel is preparing to unveil a beautiful new era following a substantial full-hotel refurbishment and extensive redesign project carried out throughout the winter months. Under the management of Ahmet and his experienced team — who also oversee the highly regarded Likya Pavilion, Likya Gardens, and Likya Gardens Beach Club — the hotel is undergoing an exciting transformation designed to elevate every aspect of the guest experience, from refreshed interiors and redesigned communal spaces to an entirely renewed restaurant concept.
The hotel is due to reopen its doors in June 2026 and we are genuinely beyond excited to see this much-loved Kalkan hotel enter its next chapter. Please note that the photographs currently displayed on our website show the hotel prior to the refurbishment works taking place. Brand-new professional photography showcasing the transformed hotel will be added later this year once the renovation project has been fully completed.
The 34 en-suite rooms each enjoy magnificent sea views. Fifteen feature private plunge pools, while four offer direct access to the main swimming pool. A selection of double and twin configurations makes the hotel ideal for couples, friends, or small families, with interconnecting options providing additional flexibility.
