Flight timings: BA outbound from LGW 08:15 14:35. Corendon inbound from
DLM 18:20 20:40. Including 23kgs of hold luggage per person.
The Details: Accommodation at The Lures Hotel, Deluxe Sea View Room,
with Jacuzzi, welcome and farewell dinner at the Lures hotel. Breakfast every
day. Two yoga sessions on 5 days and return airport transfers.
Price: £1,375 per person (single person occupancy)
For those guests who would like to bring a loved one, the price for
the additional guest to share your double room is £1,175.
Yoga with Laura from the Thames Hot Yoga Club
We are delighted that Laura will be teaching our guests in October at the Lures. Laura manages the Hot Yoga Club in Surrey and has been teaching yoga since qualifying in India in 2017. She made the switch from corporate life to become a yoga teacher and hasn’t looked back since!
Laura teaches all types of yoga from hatha and gentle, restorative yin yoga through to energising and dynamic vinyasa flow. She will pick the right type of yoga for each morning or evening practice, giving lots of variety, support and assistance to students to ensure sure you enjoy every class. Laura’s classes are well balanced giving you the perfect combination of relaxation, energising movements and time to focus on breathing and just taking that time out that we all need to stop, be still and be present with mind & body.
Laura is also very active in her spare time, training in CrossFit and you’ll probably see her doing a workout at some point during the trip…you’re welcome to join in with her if you want to!
