Spectre is a super stylish and contemporary villa with mesmerising views over Kalamar Bay and beyond. Now under new ownership, this pad has been transformed into the ultimate relaxation location with all the mod cons and creature comforts you could want for.
Built in 2018, the beautiful Villa Spectre is a stunning addition to our portfolio of contemporary, spacious villas in Kalkan. The property has recently been sold, and the new owners have a keen eye for detail and have been eager to elevate every element of this stunning property to provide our guests with an unrivalled level of comfort.
Villa Spectre has 4 en-suite bedrooms, each with a furnished balcony, including a master bedroom which leads out on to the splendid roof terrace, a wonderful spot to relax and take in the utterly breathtaking views over both Kalkan and Kalamar bays.
Villa Spectre boasts a spacious terrace and unusually large infinity pool, (complete with Jacuzzi section!), with many comfy day beds, parasols, double daybeds and a super chic alfresco dining area, just perfect for long leisurely evenings spent grazing around the barbecue with friends and family.
While we are almost certain, most of your holiday will be spent outside under sunny Turkish skies, making the most of some much needed horizontal hangtime by the sea facing infinity pool. Should you wish to dine in, there is a large open-plan lounge, dining area and modern fully fitted kitchen with granite island unit and worktops, and all the high quality kitchen appliances you could need to cater a culinary extravaganza.
Although not essential, we recommend hiring a car so you can pop in and out of Kalkan with ease, and of course to explore the wider region.
Improved facilities: Villa Spectre has an enormous state of the art Television with firestick and PlayStation. For those who like to remain active while on holiday, with treadmill, rowing machine, bike, kettle bells, free weights, exercise mats and more glorious views out to sea.

A beautiful and contemporary villa, tastefully designed and a favourite with our loyal guests
Entrance
Entrance is via a stylish wooden gate with intercom system for added security.
A stair case leads to the first floor and entrance level, en route there is a doorway on the right hand side which leads into a beautiful and well equipped new air conditioned gym with far reaching views. Facilities include; a rowing machine, exercise bike, treadmill, yoga mats, selection of kettle bells and free weights.
First Floor
Open-plan lounge area with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors leading out on to the terrace and pool area. Lounge area has sofa and armchair, Firestick TV and DVD player. Dining area for 8 guests, and contemporary fully fitted kitchen with island unit. The villa is air-conditioned and Wifi throughout and also has underfloor heating on the ground floor. Off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Also on this level is a cloakroom.
NB. There is a feature staircase leading upstairs, please be careful with young children as the balustrades are quite wide.
Second Floor
Two double bedrooms with dressing room, en-suite bathroom with shower ( one even has twin shower heads) and balcony with wonderful sea views.
There is also a third bedroom on this level which can be made as a twin or double with en-suite shower room, balcony and more views over Kalkan and Kalamar Bay.
Third Floor
Master bedroom with double bed, freestanding Jacuzzi bathtub as well as a separate shower. Direct access to the large (47sqm) roof terrace with magnificent views over Kalkan and Kalamar bays.
Outside space
Spacious terrace with beautiful infinity pool (11m x 3.5m) with Jacuzzi section. Decked area with double daybeds. Sun loungers and parasols and a comfy seating area, shaded dining area of 8 guests and BBQ, there is also an outside shower on the terrace. There is also a garden area with table tennis, a parking space and a garage. This villa is protected by CCTV.

Arrival dates are normally Saturday, Sunday or Monday for a 7 or 14 night duration, however, other arrival dates and odd durations may be possible. Please just call our friendly team on 01784 817720 or drop us a quick email, info@discerningcollection.com
Flights: We offer holidays with and without flights. Please do get in touch if you would like us to source your flights, we can do all the hard work in sourcing and booking them. We charge a small administration fee of £25 per person for this service (maximum £75 for group bookings of four or more).
The benefit of us booking your flights means that you are completely covered for all the services and your booking will be booked as a package holiday under our ATOL licence which means you have complete peace of mind.
Payments: To book a villa only we require a deposit of 30% with the balance due at least 10 weeks prior to arrival. To book a package including flights we will require the villa deposit of 30% plus any payment we make on your behalf for the flying costs. By sending us the deposit you agree to our terms and conditions. Unlike other operators we do not take a security/damage deposit unless the owner specifically requires it. However, should there be any accidental damage please advise our staff in resort prior to your departure. We do have the right to charge for any damage incurred and this will be applied prior to your departure from the villa.

Arrival at Your Villa
A member of the villa management team will meet you at the property with the keys and show you around. All guests are required to be registered on arrival.
We also request this information ahead of arrival and recommend providing it prior to departure, so all formalities can be completed in advance for a smooth and seamless check-in.

Standard Cleaning
Your villa will be cleaned prior to arrival, with fresh linen and towels provided.
For stays of 14 nights, a mid-stay clean is usually included. For 7-night stays, cleaning is not included, though additional housekeeping can be arranged in advance on request — please contact us for a quotation.
Pool Towels
Pool towels are provided for your stay.
Pool Cleaning and Maintenance
The pool and gardens will be maintained during your stay. This is usually carried out in the early morning, so you may occasionally notice staff on the property at this time.

Available as part of our pre-departure concierge service, we can arrange for your villa to be stocked with groceries and essentials ahead of your arrival.
Simply share your list with us prior to travel and everything will be prepared for you. Additional deliveries during your stay can also be arranged if required.
