In a region where villas are ubiquitous, we ae delighted to introduce Villa Setara, four bedroom villa sleeps eight guests, positioned in one of the most sought-after locations in Komurluk, Kalkan. Setara is one of two sister villas, stood side by side, these sensational villas can be booked individually or taken together for a large group of friends travelling, or perhaps a special multi-generational family holiday. Shoulder to shoulder, they boast uninterrupted seascape vistas across the bay of Kalkan and Mouse and Snake islands. Not only do this pair enjoy one of the best locations in Kalkan, they also boast inspirational cutting-edge design, with angular lines and seriously chic interiors. Most importantly, we can recommend Villa Setara unequivocally, we assure you that a stay here will leave a lasting impression.
The villa is beautifully set over three floors. Inside, interiors are effortlessly cool, bright, light and minimalist in terms of interior design. Whitewashed walls are dotted with unusual colourful painted canvases. Impressive walls of glass draw the light in and frame the inspiring uninterrupted sea views, making it one of our favourite villas in the portfolio. The ground floor is home to a generously proportioned open plan living space featuring a fully fitted kitchen, indoor dining area and sitting room. The indulgent cream sofas face outwards so while its tremendously comfortable for cosying up with a good book you might find it difficult to focus on anything other than the glistening seascapes, making it the perfect indoor space to relax in.
Large glass doors fold back providing a sense of indoor-outdoor living, Setara is sea facing, boasting glorious panoramic views out to sea and beyond to Mouse and Snake Islands. The infinity pool is a good size, also sea-gazing and is certainly worthy of taking centre stage. The alfresco lounge and shaded dining area is chic, comfortable and made for socialising. If you can possibly bring yourself to leave a couple of alluring beach clubs are just a short stroll down the road, which works perfectly if travelling with restless teens in need of a more social scene.
Extremely well suited for multi-generational- families and groups of friends travelling together, Villa Setara has lashings of space for entertaining and four well-appointed bedrooms. This property has been carefully created to provide a comfortable and luxurious escape.
