Villa Overseas is a trendy new build positioned in a jaw-dropping hillside location in Kalamar Bay. There’s a shimmering sea-facing pool where you can easily while away the hours enjoying plenty of refreshing dips. Surrounding the pool are plenty of super-comfy daybeds with nautical-themed cushions, a nod to Kalkan’s bustling harbour. Beyond the pool, there’s a comfy seating area, perfect for morning coffees or sunset drinks. There’s also a generously sized alfresco dining area, ideal for leisurely meals with your favourite people.
The interiors are just as impressive, with a contemporary design and expansive glass walls at the rear of the house. The space feels light and airy, with magnificent bay views that serve as a stunning backdrop. The downstairs area is open-plan, featuring a spacious dining area, sitting area, and a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar. Bi-fold glass doors open onto the terraces, providing an indoor-outdoor living experience and making it perfect for entertaining. The vast space allows for both socialising and moments of downtime, all while enjoying the stunning coastal setting and magnificent seascape views.
