Mavi Deniz is a modern four bedroom villa with sea-facing infinity pool, dreamy private waterfront setting and conveniently located within a 15 minute stroll of Kalkan harbour.
We are delighted to introduce Mavi Deniz for the summer 2023 season. Boasting four comfortable bedrooms and a modern architectural exterior this villa is made for comfortable stays with friends or family. Mavi Deniz enjoys a prime position directly on water’s edge overlooking one of the finest stretches of the entire Mediterranean and it has bathing platforms with sea access. The villa is conveniently located just down the road from Kalkan- an archetypal harbour town with the most charming ambience and all the holiday comforts you could want for.
The property is made for making the most of the Mediterranean climate with excellent outside space and spacious grounds to enjoy the wonderful setting and sea views. The vast pool deck and surrounding terraces are comfortably furnished with plenty of day beds and alfresco seating areas. There is also a generous alfresco dining terrace cleverly positioned under the shade of a pergola- the ideal spot to enjoy leisurely poolside lunches or sumptuous suppers once the sun slinks below the horizon. The infinity edged pool has yet more wonderful views over Mouse and Snake Islands and it takes centre stage immediately in front of the property.
Delve beyond the immediate surrounds and a staircase winds away from the property to the absolute highlight of this house. A large private waterfront setting complete with day beds and parasols, it really is heavenly and the only place to spend the day. Listen to the majestic sounds of the sea while being visited by resident turtles and other sea life.
Inside the ground floor is the beating heart of the house and place to gather. The large open plan living space has a large kitchen with everything you could need to cater a special event. Meanwhile the sitting room overlooks the pool deck and has glorious views out to sea. This space is large enough to comfortably gather with the rest of the family and practically provides some respite from the sun. Upstairs are three generous bedrooms each en-suite and two of which boat balconies with stunning views to sea. The fourth bedroom is located on the lower ground floor, accessed via an external staircase, this double bedroom is a good size and also benefits from its own en-suite with shower and w/c. Further property highlights include a hammam and sauna facility.
Surrounded by your best people, staying in a second to none location, there is little reason to leave. But in case you do, Kalkan will certainly tick all the boxes, delivering everything you could possibly need for a family escape.
Please note that due to the steep, hillside location and many steps, this property is not suitable for guests with mobility issues.
