New built in 2019, Villa Marvel is a unique and stylish villa offering contemporary, spacious and luxurious accommodation both inside and out.
Villa Marvel is a state of the art, contemporary property with gorgeous views over Kalamar Bay. The interior design is nothing short of excellent and the cool marble floors, the floor to ceiling glass doors and walls and the minimalistic chic make this a very sought after villa.
Its elevated position give it stunning views from most of the villas spacious rooms and wrap around balconies. The Master bedroom has the enviable benefit of occupying an entire top floor and has its own private terrace with beautiful sea views.
The impressive state-of-the art kitchen has high quality granite worktops and a central island for food preparation. The spacious indoor dining area and comfy lounge opens out on to the beautiful terrace, landscaped garden and stunning infinity pool.
Located in Kalamar, Villa Marvel offers breathtaking views over both Kalkan and Kalamar bays. The villa is just a 20 minute leisurely stroll into bustling Kalkan with its abundance of restaurants to choose from, but if you prefer to dine out closer to home, there are a a handful of restaurants, cafes and shops around a 10 minute walk away.

Villa Marvel is a contemporary, modern and chic villa with gorgeous views over Kalamar Bay.
Ground Floor
Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors lead onto the lovely pool terrace with steps leading into the infinity pool with those fantastic views.
The inside living area boasts a modern kitchen with granite island, with a separate dining space and a further living room with large corner settee facing a wide screen TV. Three of the interior walls are virtually all glass giving a beautiful light and spacious effect.
First floor
There are two bedrooms on this floor, a twin and a double.
The double room has a large en-suite bathroom and sliding doors lead onto the warp around balcony.
The twin room also with en-suite shower, has floor to ceiling glass doors opening up on to the balcony with those lovely views.
Second floor
The master bedroom with large en-suite shower and a delightful sea view terrace.
Outside space
The lovely swimming pool area has been designed to make the most of the space to sunbathe, dine, and relax in an ottoman seating area. There is a covered dining area and the views of the sea are available from just about the entire terrace. The infinity pool has a Jacuzzi area right next to the sunbeds.
There is parking available should you decide to hire a car.

Arrival dates are normally Saturday, Sunday or Monday for a 7 or 14 night duration, however, other arrival dates and odd durations may be possible. Please just call our friendly team on 01784 817720 or drop us a quick email, [email protected]
Flights –Please do get in touch if you would like us to source your flights, we can do all the hardwork in sourcing and booking them. We do charge a small admin fee of £10 per person for doing this on your behalf .
The benefit of us booking your flights means that you are completely covered for all the services booked within the holiday package under our ATOL licence which means you have complete peace of mind. We will then check you in and send you all the necessary documents, you have nothing to do, except pack and look forward to your holiday!
Payments: To book a villa only we require a deposit of 30% with the balance due at least 10 weeks prior to arrival. To book a package including flights we will require the villa deposit of 30% plus any payment we make on your behalf for the flying costs. By sending us the deposit you agree to our terms and conditions. Unlike other operators we do not take a security/damage deposit unless the owner specifically requires it. However, should there be any accidental damage please advise our staff in resort prior to your departure. We do have the right to charge for any damage incurred and this will be applied prior to your departure from the villa.

Useful Information
Arrival at Villa
A member of the villa management team will meet you at the villa with the keys and show you around. All guests have to be registered on arrival, a member of our team will need to take these from you on arrival but will do this as quickly as possible.
Stay Connected- Complimentary eSIM
To make your stay even smoother, we’ve included a complimentary 3GB eSIM for the lead guest—so you can get connected from the moment you land. Whether you’d like to reach out to our local team, let loved ones know you’ve arrived safely, or access maps and recommendations on the go, this thoughtful addition is there to make your stay even more seamless. You’ll also have the option to top up if needed, with simple pay-as-you-go data plans available thereafter.
Welcome Hamper
A basic hamper will be provided on arrival to get you started.
Hosts in Resort
A member of our overseas team will arrange to visit you the day after your arrival and will be on hand during your stay should you need them. We will send you their contact details just before you depart so you can contact them via WhatsAPP if you need to before they visit you.
Standard Cleaning
The villa will be cleaned on arrival and fresh linen and bathroom towels provided. The villas then normally have a mid holiday clean (if staying for 14 days), but not for 7 days holidays.
There is no daily cleaning, if you would like a full housekeeping service then please contact us and we can advise of additional costs.
Pool Towels
These will be provided for you, in addition all Discerning Collection guests will receive a complimentary Turkish towel (pestemal).
Pool Cleaning and Maintenance
The pool will be cleaned during your stay, normally the cleaning staff come early in the morning so don’t be alarmed to see someone in the gardens at the crack of dawn! If you have any queries with respect to the pool or garden maintenance during your stay please contact one of our team (you will be given all these numbers on arrival).
Shopping
We can arrange for any shopping to be in your villa on arrival and is payable locally. Please send us a list of what you would like and we will arrange our local supermarket to deliver this to your villa. During your stay it is also possible to arrange deliveries to your villa.
Children
Cots, highchairs and car seats for car hire and transfers can also be arranged, as well as baby bundles, please contact us for more information. Please note that we require you to pack your own linen for the cots.
Car Hire
As car hire is not included in the price of your holiday, and you would like to rent one for any part of your stay, we are happy to pre-book this for you.
In Villa Catering
If you would like to simply relax and enjoy a delicious meal one evening or lunchtime, without preparing it yourself, we are happy to arrange for a chef to come to the villa and prepare a meal, or perhaps a barbecue for you. We are able to email through menus and ideas.
Trips
We can arrange a variety of trips and excursions which can be pre-booked in advance or locally with your Discerning Collection Host, these are all payable locally.
Transfers
There are so many villas now and so many transfer companies, it can be confusing! If you book your transfers with us then we will ensure all our staff know the exact location of your villa and you also have the advantage that our staff in resort will be able to help with any queries in relation to your transfer.
Yali Beach Club
For a relaxing day by the sea, whether you simply want to soak up the rays, try your hand at some water sports, or stop by for lunch, we highly recommend a day at the Yali Beach Club.
