Villa Çalıkuşu enjoys an enviable location at the highest point of Kalamar Bay, this five-bedroom detached villa is quintessential in terms of exterior design. The villa is a sleek new-build boasting clean architecture and a blend of white wash and stone-craft. Interiors are cutting-edge for the Kalkan villa scene, with bright and bold colour-schemes and plenty of owner-inspired personal touches. This villa is bright and cheerful and certainly has the fun-factor, it is just the perfect choice for families holidaying together or a large group of friends. The house is sea facing, boasting glorious panoramic Mediterranean vistas which imbibe Mouse and Snake Islands. The infinity pool is very large for a private residence while the alfresco lounge and shaded dining area, is super comfortable and made for socialising. Other property highlights include, 5 ensuite bedrooms, jacuzzi, hammocks and a sea-facing swing.
The villa is beautifully spacious throughout and is built on three floors, every effort has been made to ensure the large windows imbibe the magnificent seascapes. Interiors have been paired using bold colours, the ground floor features a large open plan kitchen living and dining area which the perfect space to gather, several set of bifold glass windows create the effect of inside-outside living. An alfresco dining area, suitable for ten guests, is thoughtfully placed adjacent to the kitchen, there is also an en plein air kitchenette, barbecue and plenty of comfy seating areas, perfect for cosying up with a good book. Throughout, Villa Çalıkuşu has ample room for families to roam without feeling on top of one another. Inside and on entrance level, there is also a beautifully appointed ensuite double bedroom with furnished balcony.
The remaining sleeping quarters are arranged on the first floor and lower ground floors. Upstairs there are three further ensuite bedrooms all with sea-facing furnished balconies, enjoying far-reaching sea views. The master double bedroom benefits from a free-standing bath and is a good size. Also on this level is a further double ensuite bedroom and twin bedroom, ideal for friends sharing.
The second master bedroom is located on the lower ground floor. Set below the main building it enjoys more privacy and even has a jacuzzi bath on the terrace. Similarly to the other bedrooms it enjoys an ensuite and furnished balcony with stunning seascape views.
Villa Çalıkuşu is refreshing in terms of interior-design and is extremely well suited for multi-generational families and groups of friends travelling together.
