Hotel Fidanka has been years in the making and is a well established boutique concept created by a family from Istanbul whose life long ambition was to create a lifestyle concept on the coast, embracing their love of nature, flowers, gardens, antiques, art and wholesome organic cuisine. Having worked in other industries for years and holidayed in many places, today they are the proud owners of the Fidanka boutique hotel which they lovingly built and are now pleased to share with guests. The hotel itself consists of 17 individually styled rooms and suites. All of which enjoy magnificent terraces, glorious gardens, pool and sea views. The hotel rooms have been carefully created using ancestral cedar wood from neighbouring Taurus mountain villages. Sleeping quarters are housed into several distinctive buildings with bright terracotta- tiled roofs and are perched in a higgledy-piggledy fashion, tumbling down to the swimming pools below.
The focal hub at the Fidanka is the botanical gardens that encase the property and two swimming pools. Embrace the aromatic aromas of resident orange, lemon, olive, pomegranate, tangerine, eucalyptus, avocado, chinaberry, leylandi, mimosa, cypress, pine and many pots of bougainvillea, petunias, daisies, geraniums, begonias- the garden really is somewhat magnificent and there to be enjoyed. There are several strategically placed rattan chairs, day beds and hammocks designed to encourage guests to pause and take in the blissful serene environs.

The legendary cuisine is an expression of life at Fidanka and the product of the hotel working with the same reputable chef for many years. Umut Karakuş gradutated from Le Cordon Bleu with a grand diploma, he then went onto specialise in Anatolian cuisine and even established Turkey’s primary spice library as well as winning most innovative chef at the creative chef awards on multiple occasions. Today at Fidanka, Umut pioneers dishes inspired by Anatolian recipes presented with modern European flare and using the finest ingredients from across Turkey and where possible more local regions too.

There are five beautiful rooms in this category; Sedir, Ceviz, Selvi, Amber and Zeytin each of which have been individually styled and have en-suite shower rooms.
Fidanka’s deluxe rooms accommodate a maximum of two guests and are 25 sqm in size. Ancestral cedar wood and hand picked antiques have been used to decorate each. All enjoy, wonderfully private entrances, stunning terraces with sea and pool vistas.

Garden Floor Suite
There are two garden suites; Defne and Okaliptus. True to their name, these rooms are located in the garden and are extremely spacious at 40sqm.
Each has a double and a single bed accommodating a maximum of three guests. These suites have an en-suite shower w/c, enjoy their own private terraces and have been recently renovated using ancestral cedar trees.

The Suites accommodate a maximum of three guests and are 45 sqm in size, sleeping areas are a double bed and a single bed. There are two suites in this category; Çınar and Hatmi. Similarly to the other room categories these suites have en-suite shower rooms and have been beautifully created using ancestral cedar wood. All of the suites afford spacious terraces with sensational views to sea and across the pool deck. In addition to the large outside space, there is also an indoor seating area- ideal for days when you need some respite from the sun.

There are three Deluxe Suites; Meşe, Ladin and Ardıç. Each of these suites are located on the top floor at Fidanka and are 40 sqm in size accommodating a maximum of two guests. All have been constructed using aromatic and ancestral cedar from nearby plateau villages. The suites boast separate seating areas, terraces with iron bed and have extensive sea and pool vistas.

There are two suites with jacuzzi’s; Nar, Kavak. Each of these en-suite rooms are 40 sqm each and have glorious views to sea and accommodate a maximum of two guests. Both have huge terraces and jacuzzi tubs overlooking the Mediterranean sea. They also have day beds should you wish to relax on your private terrace.

There are two Exclusive Jacuzzi Suites; Manolya and Mimoza. These two rooms are 45 sqm each and they accommodate up to two guests.
