The Discerning Collection is delighted to offer a complete dental holiday service designed to provide you with a wonderfully relaxed and affordable treatment experience while enjoying a holiday in Turkey with us. We take care of every detail of your dental holiday to ensure your experience is a seamless one that will run smoothly from the moment you enquire to the time you fly home with a new smile and boosted confidence, as well as enriched with memories of your holiday.

• When you call the team in our Ascot Office, they will be happy to discuss your requirements, answer questions and tell you how the service works.  They will ask you about your preferred holiday destination, accommodation choice, and holiday dates.
• If you are interested in proceeding, we will schedule a consultation for you in the UK or a virtual consultation, if that is preferred.
• Following your consultation, we you may need to provide us with diagnostic DICOM X Rays. You may already have these from your own dentist. If not, you could ask your dentist to take these for you to send to us, or we can arrange for you to visit one of our imaging partner’s seven UK imaging centres to have these taken. Centres are conveniently located in London, Colchester, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol, and Nottingham. The charge is £140 for one jaw and £240 for two and you will pay this to them directly. However, if you go ahead with your treatment, we will refund this to you. You will then need to send us your X Rays for examination.
• Based on your consultation and the X Rays you provide, we will give you a fully costed dental treatment plan. This will include details of how long the treatment will take and the number of visits required.
• If you are happy with this plan and associated charges for your dental treatment, we will agree with you a proposed treatment date. This will also allow us to provide you with a definitive quotation for travel and accommodation to support your treatment plan.
• Once you confirm you wish to proceed, we will formalise your booking. You will be issued with two invoices; one for your dental treatment and transfer services to the clinics, the second for the cost of your Discerning Collection holiday. You will at this time be asked to make a non-refundable deposit payment deposits to Discerning Collection in the UK, as follows:
  • 10% of the cost of your dental treatments
  • 30 % of the cost of your holiday to confirm the booking plus the full cost of the flights.
• As with all holidays, it is essential that at this point you take out your own travel insurance.
• 10 weeks prior to departure you will then be required to pay Discerning Collection the balance of your holiday cost. For any bookings made within that period, the full balance is due at the time of booking.
• Approximately two weeks prior to departure we will be in touch to send your holiday documentation and we will also ask you to return some health forms that we will share with the dental clinics. They will be eager to check your health status and ensure all is well ahead of your arrival.
• On arrival in Turkey, you will be met at the airport and transferred to your chosen accommodation. The clinic team will be in touch locally to reconfirm appointment times and transfer collection times from your hotel to the clinic and back again after treatment.
• When you have had your treatment, we will remind you of your post treatment care plan. You will be asked to pay the balance of your dental treatment and you can book any further visits required as part of your treatment plan.
• You are then free to enjoy the rest of your holiday, and for your peace of mind our clinic teams are on call should you require any further assistance.
• Once you have returned to the UK you will receive a follow up call to confirm everything is OK
